Procurement Sourcing Specialist Job description Procurement team is expanding to sourcing coverage area in Japan. Procurement team is supporting or conducting the sourcing projects for Japan for all indirect purchasing. Procurement expects for this position that have or familiar with the knowledge / experience for sourcing, sourcing 7 steps, cost analysis （supply/supplier positioning） and contract managing including contract negotiations. Job descriptions : ・間接調達 / Indirect category procurement for IT and Non－IT ・戦略的調達 / Sourcing include strategic sourcing ・交渉戦略の立案と実行 / Planning and conducting RFx and direct negotiation ・ベンダーの管理 / Vendor management ・費用の効率化アクションの立案と実行 / Planning and execution of cost efficiency actions |

【必須（MUST）】 求めるスキル・経験 技術スキル、職務経験： ・調達プロジェクトにおける意思決定ができる ・調達および/または調達に関する分野での実績 ・ビジネス関係、購買、契約、交渉、ベンダー管理の専門知識 ・ファイナンス、会計、IT、BPO、開発に関する知識 ・一般的なビジネス運営および手続きの知識 ・日本の適用法規、ポリシー、手続き（民法、保険監督ガイドライン、個人情報保護法など）に関する一般的な知識 ・オフィスシステムツール（MicrosoftおよびWindowsツールなど）の優れた操作経験 ■ 行動スキル： ・自己学習し、自己動機付けができる ・プレッシャーや締め切りに対処できる ・リスクと詳細に注意を払う能力を持つ ・明確で論理的な理由を持って物事を決断する能力を持つ ・アプローチしやすく、又積極的でチームワークを大切にする個人 ・プレゼンテーションとコミュニケーションのスキル ・チームプレーヤー ・ステークホルダー管理 Comments －Why this position open?
