■組織の役割 Deliverying Security Services at Sony Semiconductor Solutions and all subsidiaries including overseas to contribute the critical business. ■担当予定の業務内容 Risk Management on Information Assets(Network, Cloud Service, In-house developed systems・Web site and AI, etc.) used in Sony Semiconductor Solutions and all subsidiaries. Leading following activities below to manage several team members as a Leader. -Collect the best practices from the Information Security HQ located in US at Sony Group and cascade it. -Establish a yearly risk management plan based on business and the Information Security HQ activities. -Design and improve risk management processes on information assets and third parties. -Conduct the risk management operations for information assets and third parties. -Conduct Awareness Campaign to the business on importance of Risk Management. Scope：Sony Semiconductor Solutions Groups and all subsidiaries ■Role This role is responsible for leading Risk Management on Information Assets and third parties globally at Sony Semiconductor Solutions, a key area of Sony Group as a Leader. ■Working Environment and Atmosphere Information Security Department was the newly created department on Apr 2024 and consists of about 20 employees with diverse expertise such as Application, Infrastructure, Semidonductor Design, Consulting and Audit. We are seeking best in class Information Security Management Structure collaboratively to contribute the semiconductor business. | 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ・Knowledge on IT Infrastructure, Network, Cloud Computing and Application.・Exceeding 5 years experience as an IT Architect or a Security Architect. ・Exceeding 5 years experience on collaboration with other organizations(Legal, Compliance, Product Security, etc.) or other IT functions(Application, Infrastrucuture and DX) ・Project Management Experience on System Developments or Information Security. 【語学力】 ・TOEIC over 750 or English Communication Experience(e-mail, Meeting, Documentation and Presentation) ・English Communication is Must requirement since one of responsibility on this role is a communication with the Information Security HQ located in US at Sony Group and overseas subsidiaries. 【歓迎（WANT）】 ・Experience on implementation or using an Enterprize Risk Management Tool(Archer, etc.)・Experience on collaboration with business(Sales, Research, etc.) ・Take proctive actions in an environment with high uncernity. ・Experience in a diverse environment, or the ability to actively drive operations in such an environment. ・Certifications: Related to IT, Cybersecurity, and Information Security such as Network Specialist, CCSP, AWS ceritifacion, GCP certification and Azure certification. |
