グローバル資産運用会社（AUM 6000億ドル）のコンプライアンスをリード CCOとして規制戦略を推進し、FSA規制の遵守を確保する重要なポジションです。投資チーム、法務、リスク管理と連携し、コンプライアンス体制の監督・拡大を担います。FSAとの直接交渉、ガバナンスの強化、固定金利およびプライベートクレジット投資のコンプライアンス文化を形成する役割を果たします。戦略的な意思決定が求められる、影響力の大きいリーダーシップポジションです。 Lead compliance for a ＄600B global asset manager as CCO, driving regulatory strategy and ensuring FSA compliance in a dynamic investment environment. Oversee and expand compliance frameworks, working closely with investment teams, legal, and risk management. Engage directly with the FSA, influence governance, and shape compliance culture across Fixed－Income and Private Credit investments. This role offers strategic decision－making power and a high－impact leadership opportunity. |

【必須（MUST）】 － knowledge of compliance policies regarding Type II Financial Instruments, Investment Advisory and Agency, and Investment Management－ 7＋ years of Compliance/ risk management related experience － Strong Communication skills in Japanese 【歓迎（WANT）】 － Conversational or above English |
