We are currently seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager (OT) to contribute to the success of our rapidly growing business. You would act as the Business Development Manager for OT (Operational Technology). As a Business Development Manager (OT), you will: Be responsible for customer engagement and business growth: Act as the primary point of contact for OT customers, building and maintaining strong relationships to understand their needs and challenges. Promote our holistic OT services, including assessment, consulting, and technology solutions, to align with customer goals and pain points. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging a consultative sales approach to secure contracts and partnerships. Be responsible for strategy and business development: Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our OT market presence and drive revenue growth. Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive offerings to refine our OT services and value proposition. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design tailored solutions that address customer needs. Be responsible for leadership and collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders, including technical and consulting teams, to ensure the successful delivery of solutions. Provide leadership and direction to ensure alignment between customer expectations and internal capabilities. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to enhance brand visibility and credibility in the OT sector. Be responsible for opportunity management: Oversee the pipeline of OT business opportunities, tracking progress and ensuring timely execution of proposals and engagements. Work closely with pre-sales and engineering teams to create impactful proposals, demos, and presentations. Continuously evaluate and improve the customer acquisition process to maximize efficiency and success rates. |

We encourage you to apply for this position if you have the following qualities: Experience working with holistic OT solutions, including assessment, consulting, and technology products. Ability to build and maintain high-level customer relationships and partnerships. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Demonstrated strategic thinking and ability to drive business growth. Proven track record in business development, sales, or consulting within the OT or industrial sectors. Strong understanding of OT systems, including ICS, SCADA, and related technologies. Familiarity with cybersecurity, cloud platforms, or digital transformation initiatives in the OT space. Knowledge of industry-specific standards and regulations. Leadership experience with a proven ability to guide cross-functional teams. |
