■Responsibility (a) Act as Animation Producer (or Assistant Producer) of the projects KASAGI LABO invest. 出資したアニメ作品の委員会幹事として、制作スタジオ（日本）の選定／管理、国内外の宣伝、国内外の番組販売／ライセンス業務を統括するビジネス面のプロデユーサー（或いはアシスタントプロデューサー） (b) Develop new animation projects for KASAGI to invest 企画プロデューサーとして、出資すべき新作品の企画開発 ■Kasagi Labo Anime venture studio with 3 main vertices: (a) License Business for merchandising (b) Anime Investment and Production (c) Global Anime Fan Community (a portion using Web3/blockchain/AI technologies) 本ポジションは、(b)の事業部に所属することになります。 ■Culture Our team is consisted of around 40 members, many in their 30s. We started in 2023, and our team is growing with more members with various backgrounds. Each member is expected to engage in multiple areas of business with a sense of responsibility and ownership. This allows everyone to utilize their knowledge and experience, while learning new skills and know-hows at the same time. Our offices are in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Japan. We are using English to communicate internally. Our Japan Team consists of 3 members. As Kasagi Labo, we constantly run experiments to bring innovation and improve our business according to the learnings. |
