Key Responsibilities: 1. Pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base in the CGT sector, with a primary focus on the Japanese market with potential international activities. 2. Implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and revenue objectives. 3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners. 4. Collaborate with marketing to create targeted marketing campaigns and promotional materials tailored to both Japanese and international audiences. 5. Stay up－to－date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities. 6. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote our products and services. 7. Provide monthly reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline development, and market trends to the management. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, or related field （Master's degree preferred）.• Track record of success in business development, sales, or marketing within the biotech or life sciences industry. • Understanding of the Cell and Gene Therapy market and technology landscape. • Native Japanese and conversational English skills to work with international colleagues and approach potential clients overseas |
