This roles focuses on supporting the investment team in sourcing ＆ deal execution, due diligence, financial analysis and operations. What You’ll Do: － Investment Support: Assist with deal execution across India, Southeast Asia, the US, and Japan, including due diligence, sector research, expert discussions, financial modeling, and investment recommendations. Prepare investment memos and presentations. － Portfolio Management: Participate in quarterly meetings, monitor investments, prepare LP reports, and support portfolio companies. － Business Development: Collaborate with overseas teams to align investment themes. Drive commercialization by identifying startups, facilitating pilot programs, and accelerating key capability adoption within the firm. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 － Experience: 3＋ years in investment banking, M＆A, consulting, or relevant foundational roles, plus 1－2 years in VC/PE with deal execution support.－ Skills: Strong financial modeling, quantitative analysis, and ability to distill key insights from data. － Knowledge: Banking and finance expertise. － Language: Fluent in English ＆ Japanese （MUST）. |
