【What you will do】 The Category buyer is responsible for project spend for APAC region. Responsibilities include supplier scouting, selection, supplier management, price & contract negotiations, drive product optimization and working capital management. The buyer will develop and execute a category strategy that supports the company’s profitable growth plans. They will be the primary owner of cost savings and working capital improvements. 【How you will do it:】 ・Drive year-over-year improvement in field material spend through supplier negotiation. ・Drive year-over-year improvement in working capital through supplier payment term management. ・Develop field material category strategy by category cluster, implement category strategy in sourcing decision of field projects. ・APAC Field material business partner to Japan, connect APAC Field material category team with Japan sourcing activities. ・Supplier account management for selection of suppliers. | 応募資格 |
【REQUIREMENTS】 ・Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, International Trading or related Business Degree. Master degree is a plus. ・Experience in sourcing/procurement：3 years+. Experience with HVAC product, Electrical product and Controls product is a plus. ・Language: Fluent Japanese and English is must. ・Ability to handle APAC region will be added advantage. ・Excellent negotiation skills, being able to build a compelling case and convince others; familiar with contracting ・Good interpersonal skills to enable and manage strategic relationships ・Adaptable towards a rapidly changing environment ・Experience in working in multi-cultural teams ・Experience in international trade ・Advance in MS Excel especially well-verse in generating Pivot Table and VLOOKUP is a must ・Experience in analyzing data and sensitive with data |
