As a marketer, you will play a key role in driving innovation within the CMF business. In a mature yet evolving marketplace with a growing digital presence, you will develop impactful sales tools and materials, educate surgeons, and create engaging promotional content. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of the business and achieve significant results while striving to lead the industry and improve patient outcomes. Responsibilities: － Conduct market research, select sales products, and manage product launches － Analyze market trends and develop sales strategies － Plan, execute, and manage seminars and training sessions － Build relationships with customers and domestic/international KOLs － Provide sales support, product training, and education － Address product inquiries and support sales, pharmaceutical affairs, and customers － Create materials for catalogs, in－house education, and sales promotions |

【必須（MUST）】 － Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with cross－functional teams.－ Motivated for self－improvement and gaining expertise in the CMF field. － Experience in product marketing and consulting sales in the medical industry. － Strong communication skills, both internally and externally. － Ability to approach tasks flexibly and patiently. － Ambitious, eager to acquire new knowledge. |
