【業務内容】 ▼主要成果目標（Major Objectives） 1️⃣全社セキュリティレビュー体制の立ち上げと実行 開発部門を対象としたコード・インフラレビュー体制を構築し、初期20件以上のレビューを完了。 2️⃣セキュアなクラウド開発環境の構築と運用開始 セキュア開発基盤を設計・構築し、開発部門と協働で初期運用を開始。UN155/156, ISO27001 に準拠したプロセス整備を完了。 3️⃣クラウドセキュリティの監査と改善 AWS/Azure環境におけるセキュリティ監査プロセスをレビューし、既存の統制項目のギャップを特定。ISO27017などと照合し、リスク改善項目を洗い出し経営リスクに与える定量評価をする。 ▼重要サブタスク（Critical Subtasks） 1️⃣AWS/Azure クラウド環境のセキュリティ設定最適化 2️⃣セキュリティ規格（ ISO27017, ISO27001）への準拠計画作成 3️⃣クラウドセキュリティツールの導入・運用 4️⃣グローバルチーム・親会社メンバーとの標準統合 5️⃣セキュリティ教育・意識向上活動の設計・実施 【募集背景】 ソニー・ホンダモビリティは、「多様な知で革新を追求し、人を動かす。」をパーパスに、従来の自動車メーカーの延長ではなし得ないソフトウェア/クラウド技術を中心とした Mobility Tech Companyを目指している新会社です。そのため、クラウドセキュリティを確保することは大変重要な役割です。製品開発部隊と連携して、クラウドセキュリティを維持、向上させていく熱意あるエンジニアをお待ちしています。 【開発環境】 ・クラウドセキュリティツール ・AWSサービス ・Azureサービス 【所属組織】 6名程度 【この役割を通じて得られる経験・スキル】 ・新規ビジネス立上げ時のワクワク感 ・他自動車メーカーの延長にない技術に関連したセキュリティ技術に触れる機会がある ・少数精鋭、裁量の大きい環境で働くことができる ・親会社(ホンダ、ソニー)の関連メンバーと連携を取ることで、異なる企業文化を知る機会がある ・UN155/156, ISO21434, ISO27001 等、セキュリティ関連規格の習得と実践 【キャリアパス】 将来的には、クラウドセキュリティ領域のスペシャリストとして技術を深めるキャリアパスや、セキュリティチームのリード、あるいはより広範なセキュリティ戦略の策定・推進を担うマネジメントポジションへのキャリアパスも可能です（情報セキュリティガバナンス側など）。最先端技術の探求と、組織全体のセキュリティレベル向上に貢献し続けることができます。 【Job description】 ▼Major Objectives 1️⃣ Establish and Execute a Company-Wide Security Review Framework Develop a review framework for code and infrastructure targeting development teams, and successfully complete over 20 initial reviews. 2️⃣ Build and Launch a Secure Cloud Development Environment Design and build a secure development platform, initiate joint operations with development teams, and complete process alignment with UN155/156 and ISO 27001 standards. 3️⃣ Audit and Improve Cloud Security Review existing security audit processes for AWS/Azure environments, identify control gaps, and align with frameworks such as ISO 27017. Conduct risk evaluations with quantified assessments of potential business impact. ▼Critical Subtasks 1️⃣ Optimize security configurations in AWS and Azure cloud environments 2️⃣ Develop compliance plans for security standards (ISO 27017, ISO 27001) 3️⃣ Deploy and operate cloud security tools 4️⃣ Integrate standards and frameworks with global teams and the parent company 5️⃣ Design and implement security awareness and training programs 【Background of Recruitment】 Sony Honda Mobility is a new company with the purpose of "Move people, through the pursuit of innovation with diverse inspirations," aiming to be a Mobility Tech Company centered on software and cloud technology, which cannot be achieved by traditional automobile manufacturers. 【必須（MUST）】 ・クラウド上でのプログラム開発経験・3年以上のクラウドセキュリティ経験 【Required skills / experience】 ・Experience in program development on cloud platforms ・Over 3 years of hands-on experience in cloud security 【歓迎（WANT）】 ・CISSP・CCSP ・AWS認定セキュリティ ・AWS認定ソリューションアーキテクト 【Preferred skills / experience】 ・CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) ・CCSP（Certified Cloud Security Professional） ・AWS Certified Security ・AWS Certified Solutions Architect 【語学力】 ・TOEIC600点以上が望ましい ・海外メンバーとのコミュニケーションができることが望ましい 【人物像】 ・明るく、積極的な方 ・客観的な視点で分析できる ・技術に対する向上心が高い ・失敗を恐れず、チャレンジ精神がある ・モビリティに関心がある 【Language Skills】 ・A TOEIC score of 600 or higher is desirable ・Ability to communicate with overseas team members is desirable 【ideal candidate profile】 ・Bright and proactive ・Ability to analyze from an objective perspective ・High motivation for improving technical skills ・Not afraid of failure and has a challenging spirit ・Interested in mobility |
