仕事内容	大阪エリアにおけるデータセンター施設の建設を監督する建設プロジェクトマネージャーを募集します。本ポジションは、当社の設計工事本部（Design Engineering & Construction）に所属します。　　具体的な業務内容　・稼働建設現場の管理。様々な建設フェーズ（土地取得後の造成開発、既存建屋の解体、新築、データセンター内部の実装など）での状況把握、問題や課題の解決、関係者を指揮して完成までの全体的な管理を主体的に実施する。・コスト管理。現場開始前の入札対応、各種発注契約、現場進捗中の増減管理、テナント募集時の見積対応等、関係者との協議・合意形成を含めた管理を主体的に実施する。・品質管理。当社が定めるデータセンターの主要的な仕様の順守、一般的な建設仕様水準の確保を設計図書や各種書類を基にした管理を主体的に実施する。・安全管理。当社が定める安全管理要求水準を基に、日本国内の法令に準じた安全管理仕様と一部グローバルの顧客のニーズにも適合する安全管理仕様要求を満たす管理を主体的に実施する。・工程管理。同時進行する様々なプロジェクトの進捗管理や定められた工程期限に対しての改善や複数の関係者調整などの管理を主体的に実施する。・その他、設計工事本部が担う土地取得時のデューデリジェンスや設計フェーズでの設計マネージャーが行う業務への協業なども含めて、少数チームにおいて役割を限定せずに柔軟に業務対応する。 We are recruiting a Construction Project Manager to oversee the construction of data center facilities in the Osaka area. This position belongs to our Design Engineering & Construction division.　　　　　　　　 Specific Job Responsibilities ・Construction site management: Actively manage overall operations at active construction sites, including monitoring progress across various phases (land development after acquisition, demolition of existing buildings, new construction, and internal implementation of data centers), resolving issues and problems, and directing stakeholders until completion. ・Cost management: Actively manage bidding processes prior to project commencement, various procurement contracts, change management during ongoing projects, and estimate responses during tenant recruitment, including discussions and consensus-building with stakeholders. ・Quality management: Actively manage compliance with the major specifications defined by us for data centers, and ensure adherence to general construction standards, based on design documents and related materials. ・Safety management: Actively manage compliance with our safety management requirements, meeting both Japan’s legal standards and certain global customer requirements. ・Schedule management: Actively manage progress of multiple projects running simultaneously, making improvements to meet defined deadlines, and coordinating with various stakeholders. ・Other responsibilities: Flexibly engage in tasks without limiting roles within a small team, including due diligence at the time of land acquisition and collaboration with design managers during the design phase, which are also handled by the Design Engineering & Construction division.

応募資格	【必須（MUST）】 ■Knowledge/Experience ・ゼネコンにおける建築施工管理の実務経験7年以上（データセンターでの施工経験は不問）・More than 7 years of practical experience in building construction management at a general contractor (experience in data center construction not required) ■Skills ・優れたコミュニケーション能力とリーダーシップを有すること・Microsoft Officeの基本ツールを使用できること・Strong communication skills and leadership ability ・Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office tools ■Language 応募時点での英語力は問わない。ただし、業務上、英語を使用する場面があるため、入社後に積極的に学習・向上する姿勢を持っていること。・English proficiency is not required at the time of application.
