Position Description: This position has been created to work within EA&S (Enterprise Accounts and Strategy) to drive EA businesses as the vehicle to establish strategic partnerships with selected corporate / strategic accounts for continuous Medtronic business retention and growth. This position closely collaborates with internal functions like financial planning & analysis, accounting, commercial operations, sales excellence, channel management or IT and supports senior manager in EA&S to drive EA businesses and strategic program managers in EA&S to drive his/her projects from analytical perspective. This position leads… ・Business performance management (internal) ・Strategic account performance management (internal & external) ・Analytical and reporting process development ・BI report / dashboard development ・Best practice analysis. Ultimately, principle commercial analyst plays the key role in enabling EA&S to scale up pan-Medtronic strategic partnership with EA from analytical perspective. Position Responsibilities: Supporting EA&S to execute EA commercial strategy and strategic account plans by… 1. Developing business performance management model for internal stakeholders to enhance the visibility of EA business and scale up pan-Medtronic strategic partnership with EA. 2. Developing strategic account performance management model for both internal and external stakeholders to strengthen pan-Medtronic strategic partnership with EA. 3. Developing efficient and sustainable analytical and reporting processes for EA through collaborations with internal functions or OUs. 4. Developing efficient and sustainable BI report / dashboard to automate analytical and reporting processes and enable effective decision making through collaboration with internal functions or OUs. 5. Leading best practice analysis and summarizing best practices as local proof points to replicate one success to others. 6. Leading workstreams across various functions and OUs to respond urgent requests with an impact on pan-Medtronic business performances. 7. Implementing continuing process improvement / standardization and supporting ad-hoc reporting requests flexibly. |

【必須（MUST）】 Specialized Knowledge and Experience Required・Performance controlling / reporting experiences. ・Business intelligence and data analytical experiences. ・Project planning and management experiences. ・Advanced MS Office suite skills especially on Excel, Access and PowerPoint ・Change management experiences. – Highly desirable ・In-depth understanding of ERP (e.g., SAP) - Highly desirable. ・In-depth understanding of SFA (e.g., Salesforce.com) - Highly desirable. ・LSS (Lean Six Sigma) / Process improvement experiences – Desirable. Job Specific Competencies ・Analytical, creative and disciplined – having a demonstrated ability to generate insights from various inputs, produce innovative concepts, and see them through from inception to implementation. ・Solutions-focused with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across the business. ・Results-oriented with good organization and time-management skills, including working independently and unsupervised. ・Able to prioritize, handle multiple tasks and work under pressure. ・Excellent organizational and project management skills. ・Strong attention to detail. ・Maintain systems and practices that promote forward thinking and business performance improvement. ・Strong oral and written communication skills.
