Ataway Japan is looking for its first Sales Leader or Manager for our growing Project and Change Management Services Division (Prosci®). This will be your chance to join as the first person at this level to lead this area within our sales organization. Our offerings include certification programs, customized training, and advisory services tailored to meet the complex needs of enterprise clients across industries. As we expand our reach, we are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team and drive the growth of our business. Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Leader to join our growing consulting firm as the first hire in our sales team. This pivotal role will focus on driving sales and building relationships with enterprise and SMB clients, offering tailored change management and project management delivery solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong consultative sales approach, exceptional relationship management skills, and a deep understanding of organizational transformation and project management processes. Key Responsibilities: ■Develop and execute a sales strategy to establish a client base in both enterprise and SMB markets for change management and project management solutions. ■ Identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship building. ■Collaborate with leadership to set revenue goals, sales KPIs, and market penetration strategies. ■Build trusted advisory relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, project managers, and HR leaders. ■Understand client pain points and challenges, presenting solutions aligned with their business objectives. ■Maintain and grow existing client relationships to drive long-term revenue streams. ■Partner with consulting teams to design and propose customized change management and project management delivery solutions. ■Conduct client presentations, facilitate discovery sessions, and craft compelling proposals. ■Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in change management and project delivery to effectively position the firm’s offerings. ■Work closely with consulting and delivery teams to ensure seamless project handovers and outstanding client outcomes. ■Drive hiring and scaling the sales team as the company grows. ※Why Join Us?※ ■Be a foundational hire in a rapidly growing consulting firm with significant growth opportunities. ■Work on impactful projects that drive meaningful organizational change for a diverse client base. ■Collaborate with a team of highly skilled consultants and leaders passionate about delivering excellence. ■Competitive compensation package, including base salary, commission structure, and benefits. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須(MUST)】 ■Proven track record of success in consultative sales, ideally within professional services, consulting, or related industries.■Good understanding of change management, organizational transformation, and project management frameworks (e.g., Agile, PMI, Prosci®). ■Strong ability to establish credibility and trust with enterprise and SMB clients. ■Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership. ■Self-motivated and comfortable working in a startup or early-stage environment. |
