仕事内容	【募集背景】事業拡大のために技術職としてタイでご活躍いただける方を探しております。【職務概要】 ※弊社の関連会社に出向いただく形になります。タイの日系企業で、日本人スタッフと共にタイの設計会社、工事会社のコントロールを行なっていただくポジションです。仕事内容は面談・面接にて、ご経験やスキルに合わせて柔軟に決定させていただきます。【会社紹介】福岡県北九州市のプラントエンジニアリング専門メーカーでございます。本社を構える北九州市をはじめ、九州全域及び関東全域にまで商圏を広げるほど成長することができました。石油・化学・鉄鋼・電力・環境・空調・給排水・リサイクル・海洋資源などの各種産業プラントの装置・配管・機械・化工機器の設計及び工事計画・工事管理を重点事業として拡大して参りました。また、当社は「働きやすい環境作り」に力を入れています。どうしたら従業員が仕事をしやすいか作業のDX化に取り組んだり、仕組み改善を取り組み、業界でも珍しい月平均残業時間17時間でございます。設計する案件分野については、希望があればお任せいたします。当社は石油・化学分野の案件が多いですが、他の分野のスペシャリストも多くいます。1社で様々な分野の設計を身につけれることも魅力です。今後はさらにバイオ・エネルギー分野への注力をしていきます。 <Recruiting Background> We are looking for a person who can work in Thailand as an engineer for our business expansion. <Job Summary> *You will be working for our affiliated company in Thailand. Working with Japanese staff, you will manage Thai design and construction companies of a Japanese firm in Thailand. Responsibilities will be determined based on your experience and skills after interview and discussions. <About Us> Our company is a manufacturer specialized in plant engineering located in Kitakyushu City, Fukuoka Prefecture. It has grown to such an extent as to expand the business area from Kitakyushu City (our head office is located) to the whole Kyushu area, as well as to the whole Kanto area. Over the years, we have expanded our business by designing, planning, and managing the construction of equipment, piping, machinery, and chemical engineering equipment for petroleum, chemical, steel, electric power, environmental, air conditioning, water supply and drainage, recycling, marine resources, and other industrial plants. We are also focusing on “creating a worker-friendly environment”. We are currently implementing a DX system to make it easier for our employees to do their jobs, improving our systems, and achieving a monthly overtime average of 17 hours, which is very rare in this industry. If you’ve already got some ideas on what kind of projects you wish to work for, we will leave it up to you. Although many of our projects are in the petroleum and chemical fields, there are many specialists in other fields as well, allowing you to learn about a variety of design fields at one company. Our future focus will be on the bio-energy field.
