| 仕事内容 |
• Design and develop restraint system components at the sub-system and system levels, ensuring compliance with regulations and customer requirements for Japanese customers. • Plan, execute, and manage system projects, including budget management, technical realization, and adherence to project schedules. • Coordinate with internal teams and customers for system integration and optimization. • Prepare, request, and analyse simulations and tests, including but not limited to crash tests, sled tests, and out-of-position tests. • Provide system engineering expertise to support product development and cross-functional collaborations, including concept release and recommendation. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 • Excellent knowledge of engineering mechanics, numerical simulation, and experimental methods.• Strong competency in teamwork, communication, and assertiveness. • Full professional proficiency in Japanese and fluency in both written and spoken English. • BEng / MSc / PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Civil Engineering, Physics, or comparable subjects • Professional experience in the field of passive safety is a plus. 【歓迎（WANT）】 • Understanding of mathematical occupant simulation techniques.• Proficient in PC applications, including MS Office, Hyperworks, DIADEM, and basic programming. |
