Your role: Field service for Factory Automation products.As a field service engineer for all industrial electrical products (mainly PLCs, SCADA, HMI, inverters, motion and motors), you will mainly provide technical support, on-site repairs and teach user schools. The main responsibilities are technical support, on-site repairs and user school lecturing. ■Technical support The technical support team is responsible for answering and responding to product technical enquiries (questions) via email, etc. Technical support for IoT/digitalisation products. ■On-site visits/repair trial operations The role will involve visiting users' sites to identify problems, restore equipment and carry out trial operations, etc. ■Product training Provides product knowledge and support knowledge as a trainer (instructor) at FA product user schools. ■General work process management Daily report entry, report preparation, document preparation and other general work in general. | 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ・Knowledge of PLC handling and PLC programming *Guideline 5 years or more working experience.・Experience in inverters, motion control and motor control. ・Intermediate level of English language skills (guide TOEIC 500) ・PLCの取り扱い知識、PLCプログラミング知識※目安５年以上の実務経験 ・インバータ、モーション制御、モータ制御の経験 ・中級程度の英語力（目安TOEIC500程度） 【歓迎（WANT）】 ・Knowledge of HMI/SCADA・Graduates in electrical and electronic engineering, electromechanical engineering (mechatronics), etc. ・Graduates in electrical engineering, electrical and electronic engineering, electromechanical engineering (mechatronics), information technology, or mechanical engineering from a vocational school/technical college. ・Experience in IoT ・Knowledge of basic telecommunications and industrial networks ・Electrical qualification holders. ※Holders of first/second-class telecommunications construction management qualifications will be particularly advantageous. ・HMI・SCADA の知識 ・電気電子工学、電気機械工学（メカトロニクス）などの学科を卒業した方 ・理系 電気工学系 卒業電気・電子科、電子機械（メカトロニクス）科、情報技術科、機械科専門学校/高専卒の方 ・IoTにまつわる経験 ・通信基礎、産業用ネットワーク知識 ・各種電気資格保有者 ※特に一級/二級 電気通信工事施工管理技士を保有されている方は優遇いたします |
