(English follows Japanese) 【チームのミッション/責任】 ソニー・ホンダモビリティ独自のコスト競争力、技術競争力、商品性競争力を高めるべく、将来につながる調達活動と調達戦略の検討・立案・実行を行う。 【職務内容】 当社調達戦略の企画・立案、開発・試作購買、取引パートナーの選定・管理等を幅広くお任せします。ソニー・ホンダモビリティ独自調達機能の立ち上げから、初号機市場導入、次世代機開発に向けた競争力強化/仕込みを並行して実行するフェーズにあり、調達のエキスパートとして企画領域～バイヤーまで幅広い業務に携わっていただきます。まずは調達領域で専門性を発揮いただきつつ、将来的にはご経験に応じて、調達を起点としたサプライチェーン全体の最適化や構想検討にも携わっていただく可能性もございます。 具体的な業務内容の一例： ダイレクトソーシングを含むソニー・ホンダモビリティとしての試作購買体制構築 QMS、CSRサステナビリティを考慮した調達戦略企画 グローバルな取引先パートナー開拓・選定・管理 開発部品調達（センサー、カメラ、ECU、半導体、バッテリー、ディスプレイ等） ソフトウェアライセンス領域調達（ライセンス条件交渉、契約締結等） エンジニアリングリソース調達（ソフトウェア開発委託） 【募集背景】 ソニー・ホンダモビリティの開発するAFEELAは、人とモビリティとの関係性の再定義をキーワードに、全く新しいモビリティ体験を提供するEVです。調達部門としてはその多様なニーズ（約40ものセンサー/カメラ類、AI/ソフトウェア技術の進化に耐えるECUや半導体、バッテリー、エンタテインメント体験に対応するディスプレイ/スピーカー/各種ソフトウェアライセンス等）に対し迅速に応えることで、AFEELAの価値最大化に貢献します。AFEELAは主な開発は日本で実施、生産は北米、ローンチは北米及び日本であること、また、多様なグローバルパートナーとの協業が重要な付加価値の源泉となっています。そのような状況下、エンジニア及びグローバルマーケット/パートナーと戦略的に相対し事業貢献いただけるメンバーを求めています。 目下、当社の注力するセンシング、車室内エンタメ領域の開発購買、及びD2Cビジネスモデルゆえディーラーオプション品/用品や補修部品等への対応が必要ですが、今後次世代機以降に向けて領域の拡張が見込まれます。 【この役割を通じて得られる経験・スキル】 ・新会社・新事業のグローバルな調達戦略をゼロイチで企画・構築・実行する経験 ・モビリティというハードウェア・ソフトウェアが複雑に絡み合う製品の調達業務経験 ・多くのグローバルパートナーとの折衝を通じたグローバルな調達業務経験 【Team’s Mission / Responsibilities】 To enhance Sony Honda Mobility's unique cost competitiveness, technological competitiveness, and product competitiveness, we will conduct research, planning, and implementation of procurement activities and strategies for the future. 【Job description】 You will be responsible for a wide range of activities, including planning and formulating our procurement strategies, overseeing development and prototype purchasing, and selecting and managing supplier partners. As we are currently in a phase where we are simultaneously launching Sony Honda Mobility’s unique procurement function, preparing for the market introduction of our first model, and building competitiveness for future next-generation models, you will be involved in a broad scope of work—from strategic planning to buyer operations—as a procurement expert. You will first be expected to leverage your expertise within the procurement domain, and depending on your experience, there may be opportunities in the future to engage in broader responsibilities such as optimizing the entire supply chain or contributing to conceptual planning initiated from procurement. Examples of specific responsibilities include: Building a prototype purchasing framework for Sony Honda Mobility, including direct sourcing Planning procurement strategies that incorporate QMS and CSR sustainability considerations Identifying, selecting, and managing global supplier partners Procuring development components (e.g., sensors, cameras, ECUs, semiconductors, batteries, displays) Procuring software-related licenses (license condition negotiations, contract execution, etc.) Procuring engineering resources (outsourced software development) 【Background of Recruitment 】 AFEELA, developed by Sony Honda Mobility, is an EV designed to offer an entirely new mobility experience, with the key concept of redefining the relationship between people and mobility. The Procurement Division contributes to maximizing the value of AFEELA by rapidly responding to a wide range of needs—such as approximately 40 sensors and cameras, ECUs and semiconductors capable of supporting the evolution of AI and software technologies, batteries, and displays, speakers, and various software licenses that enable immersive in‑cabin entertainment experiences. While the core vehicle development is carried out in Japan, production is planned for North America, with launch markets in both North America and Japan. Collaboration with diverse global partners is also a critical source of added value. In this context, we are seeking members who can strategically engage with engineers as well as global markets and partners to help drive the business forward. At present, our priority areas include development purchasing for sensing technologies and in‑cabin entertainment, as well as handling dealer options, accessories, and service parts required under our D2C business model. Looking ahead, we expect these responsibilities to expand further as we move toward next‑generation models and beyond. 【Experience and skills gained through this role】 ・Experience in planning, building, and executing a global procurement strategy for a new company and new business from scratch ・Procurement experience for products with a complex interplay of hardware and software, such as mobility ・Global procurement experience through negotiations with numerous global partners |

【必須（MUST）】 ・調達業務(試作購買・開発購買領域) 3年以上のご経験・電気・半導体・メカ部品の技術および製造プロセスに対する知見 ・コスト/性能/成長性のバランス的な判断能力および折衝能力 ・パートナー与信管理・コンプラ管理の経験 ・SW領域などの業務委託の査定のご経験 【Required skills / experience】 ・Over 3 years of experience in procurement (prototype purchasing and development purchasing) ・Knowledge of electrical, semiconductor, and mechanical components, as well as their manufacturing processes ・Ability to make balanced decisions regarding cost, performance, and future growth potential, along with strong negotiation skills ・Experience in partner credit management and compliance management ・Experience in evaluating and managing outsourced work, including in software‑related domains 【歓迎（WANT）】 ・調達チーム立ち上げや新規事業のご経験・エンジニアのご経験、ソフトウェア開発のご経験 ・ソフトウェアライセンスに対する知見 ・電気・半導体などの業界での営業経験 ・量産購買領域のご経験 【Preferred skills / experience】 ・Experience in establishing a procurement team or launching new business initiatives ・Experience as an engineer or in software development ・Knowledge of software licensing ・Sales experience in industries such as electronics or semiconductors ・Experience in mass‑production procurement 【語学力】 ・日本語：ビジネス上級レベル以上 ・英語：ビジネス上級レベル以上（USパートナーとの交渉のため）TOEIC目安800点 ※現時点で本要件を満たしているかより、積極的に英語でコミュニケーションし成果を出せるかを重視します。 【Language Skills】 ・Japanese: Advanced business level or higher ・English: Advanced business level or higher (for negotiations with US partners), TOEIC score of 800 or above ＊ Rather than requiring candidates to fully meet these qualifications at this stage, we place greater emphasis on their ability to communicate proactively in English and deliver results. |
