IR mission to raise the stock price in the US. Individual contributor role reporting to the CFO in Japan （who speaks Japanese/Chinese） The revenue of the group has been increasing successively since IPO in 2022 and the com has a plan of continuous growth via M＆As. The group has IPO consulting business and has succeeded in 3 IPO deals so far. The company can gain stock warrants from a successful IPO deal, and it leads to generation of cash needed for next M＆A. To drive its IPO consulting ＆ M＆A cycle, the com needs to raise its stock price therefore the mission of this position is crucial for the company's growth strategy towards the future. |
