| 仕事内容 |
Purpose: ・Responsible for assembling a project team, assigning individual responsibilities and identifying appropriate resources needed. ・Using the DePict (Define, Plan, Implement, Control, Transition) Methodology, the Project Manager will plan and coordinate all activities across multiple operational and functional groups for projects undertaken by the business. ・Ensure the project delivers the objectives as outlined in the Project Charter. ・Prepare the project plans, identify and resolve issues that occur, control scope, communicate project progress to all interested stakeholders and establish working relationships with all internal and external customers. Identify and mitigate risks to the project success. Key Tasks: ・Translate project requirements into project objectives and tasks and lead the overall project control, status ・Utilize suggested project management process and methodologies ・Identify risks to the success of the project ・Contribute to managing the budget and reporting progress of the project on an ongoing basis ・Implement and manage the communications plan Responsibilities: •Set strategy governing direction and conduct of project management, including the application of appropriate methodologies. •Build strong relationships and manage expectations of all stakeholders. •Build strong working relationships with Executives (including Senior Management Team) to ensure business risk is managed before project issues arises. •Provide project leadership and constructive feedback to project teams and Sector teams. •Engage and influence business leaders to develop effective project risk management and improvement plans for critical projects. •Lead and direct an effective risk management process and supporting tool set to identify and mitigate commercial and operational risks. •Ensure regular review of performance and corrective action plans are implemented for critical projects. •Ensure regular review of project performance regardless of complexity level. •Sponsor the deployment of lessons learnt output and feedback to drive continuous improvement. •Coach and mentor team/project members to support personal development. •Managing internal and external stakeholders for successful delivery of the project |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 •7+ years’ experience in Project/ Program management leadership roles•Experience in managing large, complex projects using waterfall and agile methodologies. •Experience in driving change and change management using change management methods •Stakeholder management •Business level of Japanese and English language skills 【歓迎（WANT）】 •Experienced in Supply Chain Logistics•DMAIC process improvement methodology •Experience in handling customer engagement - Risk identification/ mitigation. •Professional qualifications such as PMP |
