The Trust & Safety (T&S) team helps ensure that our global online community is safe and empowered to create and enjoy content across all of our applications. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community. --- Responsibilities - Leading overall Search Operations team for Japan site - Responsible for overall project delivery & execution for all key pillars which includes R&T, Model Data, Evaluation & Investigation and E-Commerce. - Responsible to drive policy, process & strategy localization, continuously drive in house & BPO quality management, providing data analysis & insights along with policy recommendations to ensure productivity, quality & efficiency goals can be met. - Lead and manage resources in the team to accomplish operations and business goals by completing tasks as needed and maintaining the well-being of the team. - Collaborate and work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders such as central team, product, research & development teams to drive overall business/project performance. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 Minimum Qualifications- Proficient in English and Japanese - Minimum 2 years of people management experience. - Experience in designing and implementing strategic initiatives in the team, including post-implementation monitoring. 【歓迎（WANT）】 Preferred Qualifications- Experience in RCA and project management is highly preferred. - Pay strong attention to details and the ability to work independently; possess good interpersonal skills; - Your ability to work in a high pace environment, adapt, respond to day-to-day challenges of the role and manage diverse stakeholders. - Your resilience and commitment to self-care to manage the emotional demands of the role. |
