Responsbilities/業務内容: ● Foster strong relationships with partners to help maximize their sales potential on KKday. Communicate KKday’s business strengths and brand value to suppliers, and create merchant success plans for long term sustainable partnership. ● Identify and Acquire a diverse range of merchants across different industries, from large business size account to local mid or small size in a scalable way. ● Manage, coach and grow the vertical team to achieve the business target and KPI according to the company direction. ● Collaborate with various functional stakeholders to ensure efficient communication both locally and globally. ● Support overseas market teams to identify market trends and provide market & competitor updates through on-going research and feedback. ● パートナーとの強固な関係を築き、KKdayでの彼らの販売ポテンシャルを最大限に引き出すことを支援します。KKdayのビジネスの強みとブランド価値をサプライヤーに伝え、長期的で持続可能なパートナーシップに向けた企画提案をしていただきます。 ● 大規模企業から地元の中小規模の企業のサプライヤーといった、異なる業界の多様なクライアントを拡張性のある方法で特定し、獲得します。 ● 会社の方針に従ったビジネス目標とKPIを達成するために、縦断的なチームを管理、指導、成長させます。 ● さまざまな機能を持つ関係者と協力して、地域および全世界での効率的なコミュニケーションを確保します。 ● 海外マーケットチームをサポートし、継続的な調査とフィードバックを通じて市場トレンドを特定し、市場および競合他社の最新情報を提供します。 |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ● Solid 10+ years of Business Development / Account Management experience.● OTA, E-commerce, or any tourism background is a must. ● Operational excellence mindset and experience. Data driven and excellent ● 10年以上の事業開発またはアカウント管理のご経験。 ● OTA、Eコマース、または観光業界に関するあらゆるご経験。 ● 優れたオペレーションのマインドセットとご経験。データドリブンでで優れた問題解決スキル。 【歓迎（WANT）】 ● Strong ownership mindset to explore opportunities to grow a long termsustainable vertical business. ● Entrepreneurial ability to work at a fast pace and dynamically changing environment. ●Proficient in Japanese, and fluent in English and/or Chinese. ● 長期的に持続可能な横断的事業を成長させる機会を探求する強いオーナーシップをお持ちの方。 ● 高速でダイナミックに変化する環境で働く起業家精神。 ● 日本語に堪能で、英語または中国語が流暢であること。 |
