＜職務内容/Main Tasks＞ ・Lead / support M＆A projects as a dedicated M＆A expert for ＊＊＊ and Alliance ・Comprehensive analysis on factors that will impact M＆A deal ・Due diligence and valuation support （selection of and liasion with advisors） ・Contract negotiation （MOU, LOI, SPA, etc.） ・Summarize and present to executives on complicated M＆A topics ＜アピールポイント（職務の魅力）/Selling point of this position＞ ・High deal flow comprised of variety of international projects ・Direct involvement or contribution to our important strategic decisions ・External and internal network for fast track career opportunities |

勤務時間：8時間 ※時間帯は事業所により異なる 雇用形態：正社員 給与詳細：年俸 1,180万円以上 ＋インセンティブ ・インセンティブは会社業績等を勘案し、その都度決定します |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ＜MUST＞・Preferred 5－10 years of experience in investment banks, accounting firms, consulting firms, or M＆A / Corporate Development department of a corporate ・Knowledge of accounting, finance, taxation, legal, and valuation involved in M＆A deals ・Proficiency in English skills 自動車業界経験：/Experience of the car industry あれば尚可/preferred TOEIC：900 ＜WANT＞ ・Experience in automotive industry ・Experience in team management ・Japanese language （business level and above） ・MBA or master degree in finance 自動車業界経験：/Experience of the car industry あれば尚可/preferred TOEIC：900＋ 【求める人物像/Please describe successful candidate image （Personality）】 ・Strong motivation for success ・Honest and modest ・Open minded ・Critical thinking and quick response ・Attention to details |
