| 仕事内容 |
The role Reporting directly to the Japan Automotive delivery head. You will be working at a client location as Onsite Lead. Communicating with customer and Project scheduling with all stake holder’s agreement, monitoring work progress and updating it to customer, coordinating with offshore to get desired quality without schedule delay. Responsibilities • Engine design development- Cylinder Head and Intake/Exhaust System, mounting, cooling system, etc. • Need to be responsible for many aspects beyond the engine design (program planning, tier co-ordination) • CATIA V5/NX- Surfacing, 3D Modeling, Detailing, Assembly • Packaging study, Layout study along with surrounding parts • Preparation of part and assembly drawing in CAD as per the customer standard • Understanding the CAE analysis Scope and communicating to offshore engineers • Co-relate the CAE with physical testing and take the necessary actions like provisional and permanent countermeasure • Management tasks related to design and development • Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives • Coordinating with offshore team for project schedules, resources, equipment, and information • Ensure flawless communication in meeting customer requirements and completing the task within the deadline • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports • Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality reviews |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 • 5+ years of experience in engine design and development• Proficient in any CAD software like CATIA or UG-NX • Basic knowledge of CAE and CAE result interpretation • Hands on experience with physical testing and problem solving • Excellent communication in Japanese and presentation skills • Expertise in Project Management, handling customer and offshore team 【歓迎（WANT）】 • English communication (business level)• BE/B.Tech – Automobile/Mechanical/Systems • Expert in managing Product Life cycle. Location Shizuoka Remote work is not allowed |
