By fusing advanced image processing with tactile sensing, our technology enables robots to go beyond the limits of human perception.This groundbreaking sensor opens up new possibilities, not only for next-generation robotics, but also for solving pressing societal challenges. 【Role 業務内容】 多品種生産を行う食品工場に向けて、これまで実現が困難とされてきた、食品ピッキングロボットによる省人化・自動化ソリューションを導入します。以下の役割を担って頂くことを期待しています。 ■ロボットシステム（アーム、グリッパー、カメラ、搬送装置等）の構成設計・実装 ■ROS/PLC等を用いた制御システムの構築・統合・デバッグ ■画像認識・物体検出ソフトウェア（例：Deep Learning, OpenCV, RealSenseなど）との連携開発 ■現地据え付け・テスト・ユーザー立会いによるシステム調整 ■顧客・営業との技術折衝やカスタマイズ対応 ■Design and implementation of robotic systems (including arms, grippers, cameras, conveyor systems, etc.) ■Development, integration, and debugging of control systems using ROS, PLCs, etc. ■Collaborative development with image recognition and object detection software (e.g., Deep Learning, OpenCV, RealSense) ■On-site installation, testing, and system adjustments in the presence of end users ■Technical discussions and customization support in collaboration with customers and the sales team 【得られる経験】 システムインテグレーションにおける全工程への深い関与。要件定義から導入・運用・保守・発展までの経験を通じ、あなたのスキルがより深化します。 |

【英語 Ver.】 ■Work Hours: Flextime system (at least 160 hours a month, with core hours) Break: 60 minutes ■Days Off: Two days off per week: Saturday, Sunday, and holidays, including year-end and New Year holidays. Paid leave: 10 days after six months of employment. ■Remote Work: Partial remote work is allowed. While any work style can be adopted if it delivers results against the required roles or KPIs, presence in the office is generally expected. However, roles with responsibilities that require handling physical robots need to be discussed. ■Work Locations: Development site: Koto-ku, Tokyo (near Toyosu Station) R&D site: Shimogyo Ward, Kyoto ■Salary: 8,000,000 to 16,000,000 JPY per year, including deemed overtime of 40 hours per month. ■Benefits: ・Transportation expenses paid in accordance with company policy. ・Health insurance, welfare pension, employment insurance, and workers' compensation insurance. ・Stock options available (currently preparing stock options; significant capital gains expected upon exit). ■Probation Period: Four months. 【日本語 Ver.】 ■就業時間：フレックスタイム制（所定労働時間8時間、月160時間以上勤務、コアタイム有） 【休憩】60分 ・完全週休2日制 土曜 日曜 祝日 その他（年末年始休暇有） ・有給休暇：入社半年経過時点10日 ■リモート勤務：一部リモート可 求められる役割やKPIに対して成果が出せるのであれば、どのような働き方でも可能ですが、 極力出社をお願いしております。 ただし、ロボット（モノ）を触らないと進まない業務責任の有る方に関しては、要相談。 ■勤務地 開発拠点：東京都江東区（東陽町駅徒歩圏内） R&D拠点：京都府京都市下京区 ■年収：800万円 〜 1600万円 ※みなし残業40時間/月を含む ・交通費：会社規定に基づき支給 ・健康保険・厚生年金・雇用保険・労災保険 ・ストックオプション有（現在ストックオプションを準備中。Exit時に大きなキャピタルゲインを期待。） ■試用期間：４ヶ月 |

【必須（MUST）】 ●Experience in developing and installing robot systems in factories (experience with food products is a plus, although not limited to food products).●A person who can consider layouts using 3D CAD. ●A person who has an understanding of system design that enables integration of robots and other peripheral equipment. ●工場へのロボットシステムの開発、導入経験（食品に限らないが食品の経験は尚可） ●３D CADを用いたレイアウト検討ができる方 ●ロボットその他の周辺機器を統合できるようなシステム設計の理解がある方 【歓迎（WANT）】 〇Experience in project management〇Experience in risk assessment 〇Experience in industrial machinery development ・プロジェクトマネジメント経験のある人 ・リスクアセスメント経験のある人 ・産業機械の開発経験 |
