仕事内容
●Implementation Consultnat Implementation Consultantは、Customerチームに所属し、契約締結後のお客様（主に経理部門）やパートナー企業と伴走して弊社ソリューションの実装やユーザートレーニングの提供を担当します。ベストプラクティスの情報提供や導入プロセスの改善にも関与します。 RESPONSIBILITIES Successfully implement the our suite of standard products Coordinate and manage multiple concurrent implementation projects Function as primary client and partner contact for questions regarding software functionality and best practices throughout the implementation phase Provide continuous support and required assistance to team and other groups in the services department Ability to provide recommendations and best practices to clients on how to configure the standard our products
労働条件
勤務地: 基本はフルリモートワークになります。港区のオフィスに出社しての勤務も可能です。遠方にお住まいの場合、四半期に一回は、全社員で集合するミーティングに参加頂きます。

QUALIFICATIONS Ensure customer satisfaction through follow－up, client responsiveness, and thorough communication Effectively manage and maintain client relationships Ability to manage multiple clients and projects/tasks simultaneously Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to communicate in assertive, respectful, and positive manner Strong communication skills including ability to work with all levels of the organization Ability to work both in a team environment and individually Assist in updating implementation documentation deliverables as needed Assist in creating processes and procedures which improve and streamline the implementation processes Ability to lead a group of consultants and manage team’s workload 募集要件 ＜必須＞ 導入コンサルタントとしての経験 （社内コンサルタントとして内部でシステム導入を推進した経験もOK） あるいは経理会計に関する知見 英語力ビジネスレベル

求める候補者イメージ ソフトウェアベンダー/ コンサルティングファームで、SAP FIをはじめとした会計領域のソリューションの導入を推進してきたコンサルタント ＋ 経理決算領域に関する知見はこれからだが学ぶ意欲がある方 事業会社の経理部門で決算を担当した経験があり、社内でのシステム更改のプロジェクトに参画した経験がある ＋ IT業界にキャリア転換し、経理部門のお客様を支援し経理財務の変革に関与したい意欲がある方 監査法人で監査の経験があり、監査のデジタルトランスフォーメーション等システム関連のプロジェクトに関与した経験がある方
