Summary The company is 100% subsidiary of Italian luxury brand and belongs to one of the large luxury fashion groups. The business is growing every year yet the organization is compact to run the business. You will have a lot of exposure to understand day-to-day business environment to manage financial performance. The person is in charge of FP&A + Accounting role both in Japan and Korea. There are Accounting person both in Japan and Korea, thus you are required to manage accounting staff and work as an independent FP&A for Japan and Korea. Your will report to a country manager who has finance career back ground. Together with the country manager, you will ensure the financial management in compliance with the group policy and establish better operation practice. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • To ensure and improve financial operation in compliance with the group policy and expectation • Monthly financial reporting/analysis to Italy HQ and local management • Monthly KPI reporting to Italy HQ and local management • Intercompany reconciliation and execute transaction • Prepare for proposal documentation for strategic business decisions • To ensure the operation and methodology of managing inventory and calculate Cost of goods by cooperating with logistic department • Annual Financial budget planning and forecast update during the fiscal year • Variance or any ad-hoc analysis • Administrative support for Legal, IT and HR operation Qualifications Must • Experience including bookkeeping, review of the financial statement as financial accountant • Minimum 3 years of experience in finance function • Fluent in Excel, able to translate financial statement into any required format • Experience of financial budget/business planning and analysis • Business level of English, able to join conference call to lead conversation • Interest in luxury brand business model Better to have • Financial modelling skill of retail store or fashion business • Multi-tasking capability and flexibility, key to succeed in a small organization • Willing to work with cross functional environment • Korean language is a plus but not mandatory • IFRS knowledge is a plus but not mandatory |

【必須（MUST）】 • Japan book keeping 2nd grade or equivalent working experience• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as financial accounting booking • Fluent in Excel, able to translate financial statement into any required format • Experience of financial budget/business planning and analysis • Business level of English 【歓迎（WANT）】 Better to have• Experience of HR/IT/Other administrative works required for a small organization • Financial modelling skill of retail store business • Multi-tasking capability and flexibility, key to succeed in a small organization • Korean language |
