～英語力を活用して技術力も双方伸ばしたい方！／充実したトレーニングや教育プログラムでエンジニアとしてキャリアアップを実現／史上最も精密な機械といわれる半導体露光装置でシェア9割を誇るオランダメーカーの日本法人／サービス力を上げ、半導体製造装置（露光装置）の技術サポートスタッフとして、お客様の生産活動のサポートを行います～ ■業務内容：熊本にある顧客先半導体工場で稼働中の、弊社半導体製造装置（露光装置）の技術サポートスタッフとして、装置操作上のサポート、稼働状況のモニタリングによるトラブル予兆管理、突発故障のトラブル対応、保守メンテナンスサービスを顧客に提供します。具体的には装置の抱える問題に対する技術的な原因解析、ソリューションの提供並びに実施、顧客への説明をお任せします。 半導体露光装置は最先端の技術の集約ですので、学ぶべき範囲が膨大でかつ日々新技術が注がれています。そのため最適なサービス、コミットをお客様に提供するために、常に向上心を持って取り組んでいただける方を求めています。社内での公用語は英語、お客様とは日本語、英語、中国語でやり取りします。そのため英語力は必須。その他に中国語能力がある方歓迎します。 基本、保守契約先の顧客サポートを担当しますが、他にも新規装置の設置立ち上げサポートや、出張にて他顧客の保守応援を行う可能性もあります。 ■働き方：顧客は熊本県菊陽町にある半導体製造メーカーです。工場は24時間稼働なので、2交代シフト勤務で従事します。 1か月単位の変形労働時間制です。１週間の労働時間は、１ヶ月（１日から末日まで）の期間を平均して、40時間を超えない範囲で設定することにしております。＜勤務形態＞7:00～20:30、19:00～翌8:30 （2交代制）で3勤3休のシフト制（休憩90分）です。3勤3休のシフト勤務のため、実際の年間休日は180日程度です。 また入社後トレーニングセンターでの研修のため、長期（最長1.5か月、その他2週間～4週間を数回の通算約3か月）の海外出張（主に台湾、または韓国）が発生します。 ■このポジションの魅力について 一人ひとりが責任感、エンジニアとしてのプロフェショナルな意識をもって仕事に臨み、チームワークのあるメンバーです。 社内では、教育研修も充実しており、エンジニアとして、自立していくための環境が整っています。長期的にエンジニアとして活躍したい方にピッタリな職場だと思います。ワークライフバランスも考慮し、残業管理もされています。 また本ポジションは、チーム新規立ち上げからのまだ間もないため、今後もサポート体制を充実させる経験も積めます。 お客様やメンバーの半数以上が外国人のため、グローバルな環境で業務を行います。結果、自然と語学力や国際的感覚の向上も期待出来ます。 【Introduction】 ■The sector of Customer Supports is responsible for the maintenance, repair and continuous improvement of our systems at customer locations, as well as transferring. ■Currency multiple Lithography equipment's were installed and running in our customer FAB at Kumamoto. We need keep high quality Field Service by close co-work with customer for contribute both business successfully. 【Job Mission】 ■The Field Service Engineer (FSE) under CS Department is front line engineer working in customer FAB who has responsible for deliver committed service level to customer by used all relevant knowledge and supporting capability to support the customer use of these systems in their production process. These supports are run by 24/7 in a customer production environment for achieving all committed system performance. ■The Job Mission involves being an essential part of a site start-up Customer Support team for customer in Kumamoto. We build up new team since 2023 and startup phase has been done. Now we need prepare customer production ramping up period and another Fab expect in 2027~. Therefore CS Japan need to build up strong support team which capable to handle this complex and latest technology till system delivery timing. In order to make it feasible, we are looking for multiple candidates to join this new team and build up the strong engineering grope together. ■This position is suitable for people who want to work as engineer with using Native Japanese Level/ Basic English and Preferable Chinese (Mandarin) skills due to our main customer's nationality. 【Job Description】 ■As a Field Service Engineer (FSE) of Semiconductor equipment (Lithography), will support customer with operational equipment support, performance monitoring, mechanical/pneumatic/electrical/optical repairs/servicing and maintenance. In case difficult issue happen, need escalate to upper line to get suitable help in proper timing to secure committed performance to customer. ■FSE need to be onsite support by 24hx7days coverage. In order to do it, should expect to spend more than 50% of the time inside the clean room working with mechanical and electrical equipment and can work shift working (12 hours Day/Night by 3days work/3days off rotation) in case need 【Main Responsibility】 • Analyze applicability, accuracy and adherence to design specifications. • Evaluate and diagnose problems and make appropriate repairs. • Work with co-workers and the customer in isolating and solving problems. • Answer customer questions and assist customers in a professional manner. • Perform administrative and coordination duties, including pass-downs, work orders, field service reports, system problem reports, and monthly reports. • Perform complex adjustments, perform upgrades, diagnose and solve problems with limited support. • Take ownership for certain Upgrade/Scheduled maintenance coordinator include create game Plan and track the progress and wrap up • Take lead to maintain the local Way of Working in Fab Team 【Context of the position】 • Supporting platform is mainly Arf Immersion , Dry systems (Krf/Arf/i-Line) and Inspection system • On site support 24x7 hours by shift working （12 hours , day or night 7:00-20:30/19:00-8:00 include 90min break）. 3days work and 3days off. 【Other information】 • Long duration (2~5month : Sometimes can come back to Japan) oversea (Mainly Taiwan) travel will happen for Training and connect to the Taiwan Team in Mid-End 2025 and beginning of 2026 period. • Flexibility required for the possibility of domestic or oversea transfer in the future, dependent on business needs. • Sometimes need support to other site in Japan or other country （2 weeks to few months） |
