応募資格	【必須（MUST）】・約5年以上のフィールドエンジニアのご経験をお持ちの方⏎ ・工業計器（バルブ、圧力計、ポンプ、導電率計、流量計、PLCなど）の基本的なメンテナンスの知識／経験をお持ちの方⏎ ・電気に関する基本的な知識をお持ちの方⏎ ・コンピューター（Windows OS、PC、サーバー）、ネットワーク、データベースに関する基本／運用／保守の知識をお持ちの方⏎ ・英語のマニュアルを読むことができ、アメリカ／スウェーデンのチームと連絡を取るために英語でメールを書くことができる方⏎ ・普通自動車運転免許をお持ちの方⏎ ・Approximately 5 or more years experience as a field engineer ・Basic / maintenance knowledge and experience of industrial instruments （valves, pressure gauges, pumps, conductivity meters, flow meters, PLC, etc.）・Basic electrical knowledge ・Basic / operation / maintenance knowledge related to computers （Windows OS, PC, server）, networks and database ・Able to read English manuals and write emails in English to contact the US/Sweden teams ・Regular car driver license 【歓迎（WANT）】・大型医療機器、医薬品機器、半導体機器などのフィールドサービス経験をお持ちの方・提案や交渉、クレーム対応など顧客との折衝経験をお持ちの方・コミュニケーション能力/傾聴力/共感力/問題解決力/適応力/ストレス管理などソフトスキルに自信をお持ちの方・作業現場責任者として、複数の作業員に対する作業指示や監督業務の経験をお持ちの方・工業計器（バルブ/圧力計/ポンプ/導電率計/流量計/PLCなど）のメンテナンス知識･経験をお持ちの方・電気に関する基本的な知識をお持ちの方・コンピューター（Windows OS/PC/サーバー）、ネットワーク、データベースに関する基本･運用･保守知識をお持ちの方・Experience in field service for large-scale medical devices, pharmaceutical equipment, or semiconductor machinery ・Proven track record in customer-facing roles, including proposal development, negotiation, and handling complaints ・Strong soft skills, including communication, active listening, empathy, problem-solving, adaptability, and stress management ・Experience as a site supervisor, providing instructions and overseeing multiple technicians or workers ・Knowledge and hands-on experience in maintaining industrial instruments such as valves, pressure gauges, pumps, conductivity meters, flow meters, and PLCs ・Basic understanding of electrical systems and components ・Foundational knowledge and operational experience with computers (Windows OS, PCs, servers), networks, and databases
