・Minimum 6-8 years experience with a top law firm or multi-national corporations in house legal department ・Qualified lawyer in Japan or an English-speaking jurisdiction with top academic credentials ・Excellent written and oral communications skills in English and Japanese ・Confident team player who is highly collaborative and flexible ・Keen ability to influence, yet able to say no ・Highly autonomous ・Impeccable business judgment/ethics ・Ability to develop own relationships and network ・Enjoys working in a challenging, fast-paced, dynamic professional services firm
