The centerpiece of this entry is our 80MW hyperscale campus currently under development at Fuchu Intelligent Park, located approximately 30km from Tokyo. Set to boast one of the largest IT capacities in the city when it opens in 2028, this facility is designed to meet the extremely high standards of "technical excellence" and "reliability" demanded by the Japanese market. As we gear up for the opening of the Fuchu 80MW hyperscale campus in 2028, our construction and equipment installation projects are in full swing. In the mission-critical facilities we provide, "technical verification and operational readiness" (Commissioning)—ensuring that MEP infrastructure (electrical, HVAC, etc.) operates flawlessly exactly as designed—is the most critical process determining the project's success. We are currently seeking an expert to join as a founding member of this historic project. You will serve as the highest authority for technical verification in the Japanese market and drive our team forward. [Job Responsibilities] ■ Main Mission "Flawless execution of the performance verification and operational readiness (commissioning) of MEP systems for the 80MW hyperscale campus opening in 2028." Rather than just executing tasks, your greatest mission is to serve as the Technical Lead. You will oversee everything from planning and execution to stakeholder coordination, ensuring the project goes live on time with zero incidents. ■ Specific Responsibilities Holistic Commissioning Management & Strategy: Develop end-to-end testing plans for the data center launch. Direct and manage the Commissioning Authority (CxA). Test Validation & Quality Assurance: Review and oversee the execution of on-site Functional Performance Testing (FPT) scripts. Rigorously verify that systems meet design specifications and client requirements. Project & Risk Management: Proactively identify schedule delay risks and collaborate with PMs, General Contractors, and Equipment Vendors to resolve technical issues. Strictly enforce schedules and critical milestones. Safety & Compliance Enforcement: Establish testing procedures and Safety Protocols (SOPs) to build a safety-first on-site environment. [Organization & Culture] Reporting Line: Reports directly to the Japan Construction Lead.
