An analyst/associate role on the Real Estate Acquisition Team of a private real estate investment management arm of a major financial services company, and one of the largest private real estate investment platform in the world. Team members are responsible on a day-to-day basis for: - Financial modelling, valuation and analysis for investment targets (single asset, multi asset portfolio and corporate related opportunities) - (With support from senior members) creation of investment committee memo and other internal materials - Market research and other fundamental analysis - Support on marketing / sourcing coverage and material preparation - Deal execution including negotiation and documentation - Support on asset management activities and internal quarterly valuation for investment under management |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 - Fluency in both Japanese and English- Positive attitude, strong motivation and team player personality - Logical thinking - Strong quantitative and qualitative skills - Strong organizational skills; ability to manage priorities and time effectively - Solid communication and interpersonal skills; ability to be personable yet persistent - Excellent judgment and problem-solving skills - Experience in Excel (required) and PowerPoint (preferred) - Knowledge of basic accounting and financial concepts; ability to analyze and value businesses (corporate analysis) 【歓迎（WANT）】 As per above |
