What You Can Do For Us:
Manage and exceed customer expectations

Servicing cyber security consulting engagements and providing written and oral presentations and analysis as required.
Assess customers’ existing capability in collecting, analyzing, escalating, and responding to cyber－attacks and assist in maturing overall cyber security and response program
Deliver all client－related aspects of short and long－term strategic consulting and solutions engagements
Identify and implement improvements to Mandiant’s business processes, methodologies, and client communication methods

ands－on Experience building SOCs for multiple customers, preferably across different industry verticals. This includes drafting Incident Response Plans, Escalation and Communication matrix, Use Cases, Playbooks, Staffing and resourcing in the SOC.
Ability to understand/ build governance structure of the SOC and how it integrates with the larger organizational structure.
Solid experience with understanding logs and designing Use Cases on Security Monitoring Platform such as SIEM, Security Analytics.
Understanding of SOC workflows, ticketing systems and in－depth network security architecture, with adequate technical knowledge on products technologies commonly deployed in the network.
Possess strong knowledge of tools and technologies used for enterprise security preferred hands－on experience in the past, like Firewall, WAF, IPS, Routers, Switches, AV, Proxies, Sandboxing solutions, Endpoint Detection and Response Solutions （EDR）, etc.
Critical tools used in security event analysis, incident response, computer forensics, malware analysis, or other areas of security operations.
Understanding of the components that comprise a successful information security program, security policies and procedures, and cyber security standards such as ISO27000, NIST CSF, PCI and HIPAA.
Knowledge and understanding of cyber security risk and compliance issues.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong presentation skills, with ability to present and interact with the CxO to the Technical Team.
Quickly master, simplify, and communicate the value proposition of complex subjects to clients
Evaluate customer needs, coordinate design for a solution, and clearly communicate solutions
Codify customer needs across accounts and use them to drive Mandiant Strategic Solutions methodology
