募集要項 コンテキストドリブンマーケティング事業／フレックス・年間休日127日 ※本ポジションは、当社の事業分社化に伴い当社グループ会社へ所属となります。 ※雇用条件や待遇面に変更はございません。 当ポジションのミッションは、クリエイターが生み出すコンテンツの特徴を活かしながら、クライアントの日本進出におけるマーケティングおよびプロモーション支援を行い課題解決をしていくことです。 当社は、国内トップクラスの動画クリエイターが在籍するエージェンシーという基盤があるため、プロモーション戦略の企画からキャスティングまで一気通貫した提案を行える環境があり、また所属クリエイターのみならず外部クリエイターやタレントとのネットワークにより、クライアントにとって最適なソリューションを多種多様な手法を用いて企画することが可能です。 【具体的な業務内容】 ・インフルエンサーマーケティングプロモーション企画、提案 ・海外クライアントとの定期的なミーティング、関係構築 ・英語もしくは北京語を用いた社内外とのコミュニケーション/ミーティング ・プロモーション企画の実行 ・チームマネジメント（ご経験に応じて） －Job Description ■Sales/Creator Support Staff －This position's main responsibility is to create tailor－made sales solutions to clients' needs while also incorporating the distinct characteristics of various contents produced by our creators. －We do not simply sell products and services; this is a job where you create new value and markets with your own hands in order to support the expansion of overseas companies around the world into Japan. ■Specific Duties －You will be responsible for the following tasks in collaboration with your clients： ・Establishing meetings with existing clients and establishing relationships with new ones ・Influencer marketing, promotion planning and proposals ・Sales discussions and business emailing in English and/or Chinese ・Executing promotional plans that you have proposed or received ・Team management （depending on your experience） |

【必須（MUST）】 必須スキル・経験以下のご経験をお持ちの方 ・広告関連事業における法人営業経験 その他以下のような方を求めています。 ・ゲーム全般への興味・関心が高い方 ・ご自身の稼働範囲を限定せず、幅広い領域に対して積極的に提案や実行ができる方 ・語学力 日本人の場合：ビジネスレベル以上の英語力 外国人の場合：上級ビジネスレベルの日本語力 What We Are Looking For Essential Requirements Candidates with experience in areas: \－ corporate sales experience in the advertising or related industries Preferred Qualifications We are also looking for individuals who: Can proactively propose and execute ideas across a wide range of areas without limiting their scope of work Language Skills For Japanese applicants: Business－level or higher proficiency in English For non－Japanese applicants: Advanced business－level proficiency in Japanese 歓迎スキル・経験 ・BtoB法人営業経験 ・マーケティング／プロモーションの実務経験 ・ご自身とは異なる文化圏での実務経験 ・マネージャーやリーダーの経験 ・スタートアップ事業での営業経験 ・高度なプレゼンテーション能力 ・マーケティングトレンド、デジタルビジネスに対する高い感度と洞察力 ・エンタメ、YouTube、Instagramに興味関心をお持ちの方 ・抽象的なことを具現化するための高いコミュニケーション力 ・語学力を活かした仕事でキャリアを積みたい方 ・社内調整力がある方 ・マーケティング、インフルエンサービジネス、広告代理店などの経験※未経験も可能です！ ・日本のエンタメやインフルエンサーが好きな方 ・多種多様なメンバーへ抵抗なく交流していただける方 ・ゲーム全般への興味・関心が高い方 ■Welcome Skills/Qualifications ・experience in B2B corporate sales ・experience in marketing and promotion ・Experience in the gaming industry, such as game publishing or tournament/event operations ・Experience working in a cross－cultural environment or with people from diverse backgrounds ・Experience in management or leadership roles ・Sales experience in start－up or fast－growing businesses ・Excellent presentation and communication skills ・Strong awareness and insight into marketing trends and the digital business landscape ・Genuine interest in entertainment, YouTube, Instagram, and other social media platforms ・Ability to translate abstract concepts into concrete actions and ideas through strong communication ・Desire to build a career leveraging language skills in an international setting ・Strong coordination and negotiation skills across internal teams and stakeholders ・Experience in marketing, influencer business, or advertising agencies （experience preferred but not required） ・Passion for Japanese entertainment and influencers ・Ability to engage comfortably with diverse teams and members across different backgrounds ・Have a strong interest and passion for games of all genres |
