Founded in 2020, we are on a relentless mission to drive digital transformation (DX) in the construction industry and unlock unprecedented levels of productivity. Our founder & CEO is a product-driven entrepreneur who previously scaled and successfully exited a health-tech venture in the United States. Upon returning to Japan and working in his family’s construction business, he experienced firsthand the critical pain points plaguing the industry: The Inefficiency Bottleneck: Estimating—the entry point of every construction project—remains unautomated and highly inefficient, resulting in massive missed opportunities. The Data Silo Problem: A complete lack of data integration and synchronization leaves teams blind, preventing clear visibility into on-site operations. To solve these challenges using cutting-edge AI, he founded our company. We are shaking up the industry with two core pillars: An AI-powered engine that automatically reads 2D construction drawings and extracts precise measurements. An integrated operations management platform tailored specifically for mid-sized general contractors and subcontractors with complex workflows. Recognizing our strong PMF (Product-Market Fit) and massive market potential, NEA, one of the world's oldest and most prestigious venture capital firms, backed us in our 2025 funding round. Today, we have officially entered our "10 to 100" hyper-growth phase across both product and organization. To accelerate our product development and double down on innovation, we are looking for a talented Frontend Engineer to join our mission. ■ Role Overview As a Frontend Engineer, you will leverage our proprietary AI to deliver the ultimate UI/UX, enabling construction professionals to work faster and deliver higher-quality results. The ideal candidate is someone who is thrilled by the prospect of joining an early-stage, well-funded startup engineering team. You will play a pivotal role in building interactive canvases and designing, developing, and refining UI/UX environments where users can seamlessly collaborate with AI. ■ Responsibilities Design and develop high-performance frontends that deliver a best-in-class UI/UX. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to seamlessly translate AI capabilities into product features, aligning user needs with optimal technical and cost performance. Stay ahead of the curve by continuously researching latest web/native technologies, methodologies, frameworks, and tools to evaluate and adopt them. Drive continuous, data-driven product improvements based on user feedback, behavior, and product metrics. ■ Tech Stack Frontend: TypeScript, Vite Backend: Go, Rust Infrastructure: AWS, Kubernetes (k8s), Terraform / OpenTofu Database: PostgreSQL Development Tools: GitHub, Figma, Lucid Communication: Slack, Confluence |

【必須（MUST）】 Candidates should meet at least one of the following criteria:・5+ years of software development experience in a fast-paced tech environment. ・4+ years of frontend development experience at a product-led company. ・Deep proficiency in TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks/build tools (e.g., Next.js, Vite). ・A strong product-oriented mindset: Ability to hypothesize user pain points and validate them through rapid prototyping. ・Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills. ・Proven experience in performance optimization for complex UIs or rendering large volumes of objects. 【歓迎（WANT）】 ・Experience developing in a startup or hyper-growth SaaS company.・Hands-on experience building AI-native products. ・Experience developing canvas-based UIs or highly interactive applications. ・Strong knowledge or domain expertise in Computer Vision and LLMs (Large Language Models). ・Proven track record of close collaboration with designers and Product Managers (PdMs). ・Deep expertise in optimizing large-scale rendering and high-frequency user interactions.
