（Key Responsibilities / Duties） ・Represent the firm’s real estate capabilities as a member of the IRE Client Portfolio Manager （CPM） team. ・Partner with sales colleagues to cover existing real estate clients, including institutional investors （banks, insurance companies, developers）, gatekeepers （trust banks and asset management companies）, and pension funds. ・Drive marketing and capital－raising activities for IRE strategies, including core, core＋, value－add, and debt strategies. （主な職務内容／責任範囲） ・IREクライアント・ポートフォリオ・マネジャー（CPM）チームの一員として、当社の不動産投資分野における強み・ケイパビリティを代表する。 ・営業部門と連携し、不動産関連の既存顧客（機関投資家〔銀行、保険会社、 デベロッパー〕、ゲートキーパー〔信託銀行および資産運用会社〕、年金基金）を担当する。 ・コア、コアプラス、バリューアッド、デット戦略を含むIRE戦略に関するマーケティ ングおよび資金調達活動を主導する。 |

【必須（MUST）】 [Required Skills and Experience]・Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both external clients and internal stakeholders ・Language Skills: Native－level Japanese and a strong working proficiency in English ・Presentation Skills: Advanced verbal and written presentation skills ・Analytical Skills: Solid analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret and work with financial data ・Initiative: Self－motivated, goal－oriented, and willing to take ownership and responsibility ・Industry Knowledge: Experience and knowledge in real estate investment and/or other private markets 〇Education: ・Bachelor’s degree or above 〇Preferred Certification: ・CMA, CFA, ARES, and Takken （Real Estate Transaction Agent） 【必須スキル・経験】 ・コミュニケーション能力：高い対人およびコミュニケーションスキルを有し、社外顧客および社内ステークホルダー双方と効果的に関係構築・対応ができる。 ・語学力：日本語はネイティブレベル、英語についても実務で活用可能な高い運用能力を有する。 ・プレゼンテーション能力：口頭および書面の双方において高度なプレゼンテーションスキルを有する。 ・分析能力：堅実な分析力および数値処理能力を備え、財務データを読み解き、実務に活用できる。 ・主体性：自律的かつ目標志向であり、責任を持って業務をリードする姿勢を有する。 ・業界知識：不動産投資および／またはその他プライベート市場における経験と知見を有する 〇学歴： ・大学卒以上 〇望ましい資格： ・CMA、CFA、ARES（不動産証券化協会認定マスター（ARES Certified Master））、宅建などの資格保有者を歓迎。 |
