【仕事概要】 ・AI Platform & Engineering チームのリードとして、部内関係者および IT 部門と連携し、LLM／生成AI・エージェンティックAIを活用したオペレーション高度化・自動化を推進する。 ・オペレーション領域（引受、保全、損害サービス、バックオフィス等）の課題を把握し、LLM／生成AIを活用した業務プロセスの改善・自動化を企画・実行する。 ・LLM／生成AIアプリケーションのアーキテクチャ・標準・ガバナンスを整備し、安全かつ効率的に展開・運用できる仕組みを構築する。 ・Japan P&C の Data & AI 戦略を理解した上で、業績目標およびオペレーショナル・エクセレンス目標の達成に貢献する。 【Job Responsibility】 ・As lead of the AI Platform & Engineering team, partner with department stakeholders and IT to drive operational enhancement and automation using LLM / generative / agentic AI. ・Understand challenges across operations (underwriting, policy administration, claims service, back office, etc.) and plan and execute LLM/generative-AI-driven process improvement and automation. ・Establish the architecture, standards, and governance for LLM/generative-AI applications, building the mechanisms to deploy and operate them safely and efficiently. ・Grounded in the Japan P&C Data & AI strategy, contribute to achieving business and operational-excellence targets. 【業務詳細】 ・LLM／生成AIを活用した業務自動化・業務支援ソリューションのロードマップ策定および優先順位付け。 ・LLMアプリケーションのリファレンスアーキテクチャ設計（RAG構成、プロンプト管理、API連携、ログ・監査基盤など）および標準化。 ・プロジェクト／プロダクトのデリバリー統括（PoC〜本番展開）：要件整理、スコープ定義、進捗管理、リスク管理。 ・LLM出力の品質・安全性・コンプライアンスに関するガバナンス枠組みの設計・運用。 ・データサイエンスチーム、IT部門、業務部門との連携によるユースケース創出と実装支援（例：Agentic AI Telephony、Image STP、Citizen Development、LINE & digital tools、AI-assisted coding）。 ・チーム内外でのリーダーシップ発揮（役割分担の明確化、ナレッジ共有の促進）。 ・業務部門長および経営層への状況報告・提案（成果の可視化、次年度以降の投資テーマの整理等）。 【Key Tasks & Accountabilities】 ・Define and prioritize the roadmap for LLM/generative-AI automation and business-support solutions. ・Design and standardize reference architectures for LLM applications (RAG, prompt management, API integration, logging & audit infrastructure, etc.). ・Oversee project/product delivery (PoC to production): requirements, scope definition, progress management, risk management. ・Design and operate the governance framework for LLM output quality, safety, and compliance. ・Generate and support use cases with the data science team, IT, and business units (e.g., Agentic AI Telephony, Image STP, Citizen Development, LINE & digital tools, AI-assisted coding). ・Provide leadership within and beyond the team (clarifying roles, promoting knowledge sharing). ・Report and make proposals to business-unit heads and senior management (visualizing results, framing investment themes for coming years). 【Relationships】 * 社内：オペレーション部門、各ビジネス部門、IT部門、管理部門など 社外：クラウドソリューションベンダー、AIプラットフォームベンダー、調査会社など * Internal: operations, business units, IT, corporate functions, etc. External: cloud solution vendors, AI platform vendors, research firms, etc. |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ・AIソリューション開発、データサイエンス、またはソフトウェア／クラウドエンジニアリングのいずれかの分野における実務経験（5年以上が望ましい）。・オペレーションの自動化やAI活用に関する企画立案および実装の実務経験。 ・AzureまたはAWS上でのアプリケーションまたはデータ基盤の設計・構築・運用のいずれかに関する実務経験（3年以上が望ましい）。 ・プロジェクトまたはチームのリード／マネジメント経験（複数ステークホルダーとの調整・推進を含む）。 ・RAG、プロンプトエンジニアリング、API連携などに関する基礎的な理解。 ・日本語：ビジネスレベル 英語：ビジネスレベル * Hands-on experience in AI solution development, data science, or software/cloud engineering (5+ years preferred). * Practical experience planning and implementing operational automation or AI adoption. * Hands-on experience designing, building, or operating applications or data platforms on Azure or AWS (3+ years preferred). * Experience leading/managing projects or teams (including coordinating multiple stakeholders). * Foundational understanding of RAG, prompt engineering, and API integration. * Japanese: business level / English: business level. 【歓迎（WANT）】 ・統計解析や機械学習などのデータ分析経験があれば尚可。・ 保険業界、特に損害保険業界、または類似する規制業界での経験があれば尚可。 ・AIガバナンスおよびデータガバナンスに関するプロセス設計・運用の経験があれば尚可。 * Data-analysis experience (statistics, machine learning) is a plus. * Experience in insurance — especially P&C — or a similar regulated industry is a plus. * Experience designing/operating AI- and data-governance processes is a plus. |
