Our projects form the backbone of national and corporate efforts toward decarbonized growth, delivering 24/7 Carbon-Free Energy (CFE) solutions for the rapidly expanding digital economy. 【業務内容】・Lead PDマネージャー／ダイレクターをサポートし、プロジェクトの進行管理、業務プロセスの運営、および関係者間のコミュニケーション調整を担当する・港湾地区及びその周辺において、アンローディング施設、受け入れタンク、クラッキング施設および１００％水素専焼ガスタービン発電所を設置することができる土地のの情報を集め、事業用地として最適な土地を選定する。・値差支援、拠点整備、長期脱炭素オークションなどのエネルギートランジションに関する補助制度の仕組みを理解し、それにかかわるプレイヤーをプロジェクト毎に特定しながら協力関係を構築する。・外部コンサルタントの協力を得ながら、環境影響評価法における火力発電所建設プロジェクトの関係地域において、関係行政および関係住民とコミュニケーションをとりながら必要な行政手続きを遂行する。・担当プロジェクトの承認プロセスを円滑に進めるため、地方自治体・規制機関・地域社会等の利害関係者と良好な関係を築き、維持しながら、用地取得のための交渉およびリース契約等の用地関連契約の締結をリードする。・エンジニアリング関連業務の進捗に応じ、用地・環境影響評価・系統接続プロセス等に求められる手続きを進め、担当プロジェクトに求められる許認可やゾーニング規制の遵守をリードする。・担当プロジェクトの開発に求められる契約・文書の準備・調整・交渉を、その他の専門家と協力しながら実施し、また、当社経営陣にもタイムリーで効果的な情報提供を実施する。・現地のHSE規制に従い、担当プロジェクトのライフサイクルを通じて発生する潜在的な各種リスクを特定・軽減するため、当社経営陣に報告・提案しながら、効果的なリスク管理を実施する。・当社が蓄積してきたビジネスモデルのノウハウや専門知識をシームレスに統合できるよう、技術アドバイザーを含む社内外の専門家・他地域の社内チーム等とプロジェクトの成果物をコーディネートする。・スケジュールやコスト管理を含む担当プロジェクトの日々の開発タスクの策定・管理を実施し、経営陣や他地域のチームとの定期的なプロジェクト開発会議に当該プロジェクトを代表して参加し、プロジェクトの進捗状況の共有や意見交換を実施する。・地域の水素・アンモニア事業における新たな開発・要件・規制・政策・その他の重要なトピックについて常に情報を入手し、その知識を担当プロジェクトの計画・開発に生かす【Job Description】・Support the day to day project management, process and communication under needs of the Lead PD managers or directors including but not limited to followings. ・Identify and assess target land sites for execution of the Company's business model: ・Negotiate land acquisitions and execute lease agreements, among other relevant site contracts, developing and maintaining positive relationships with local governments, regulatory agencies, and community stakeholders to facilitate project approval processes: ・Lead project permitting and zoning compliance, coordinating site and environmental studies and diligence, interconnection process among other development tasks, with internal and external professionals, aligned with progress of engineering and design work etc.: ・Prepare, coordinate, and negotiate any other contracts and documents with relevant parties for project development purposes with other professionals, ensuring timely and effective reporting and management are well informed: ・Conduct risk management by identifying and mitigating potential risks throughout the project lifecycle in compliance with local HSE regulations, proposing and presenting them for management's understanding and review: ・Coordinate and streamline project deliverables with technical advisors, other professionals and internal team from other regions to ensure seamless integration of the company's accumulated project know-how and expertise: ・Develop and manage day-to-day project development tasks including schedule and cost control, representing projects in periodical local project development meeting with management and/or team from other regions and sharing the project progress and welcoming inputs: ・Stay informed about new developments, requirements, regulations & policies and any other important topics within the local hydrogen and ammonia operations and apply this knowledge to project planning and development in charge.

応募資格	【必須（MUST）】【応募資格等】・東京港区のオフィスに無理なく通勤できる方・工学、化学、建築・土木、機械、プロジェクト管理等の学士号、またはその他の学士号。・以下のいずれかのエネルギートランジションに関わるセクターにおける専門知識（最低3～5年程度の経験を有すること）。・水素やアンモニアのサプライチェーンに関わるもの。・または、太陽光・風力・その他の非在来型のエネルギー源等の所謂グリーンインフラ開発に関わるもの。・または、火力・水力・化学・工業ガス・石油ガス産業に関わるもの。・「電気事業法」「環境影響評価法」「高圧ガス保安法」「港湾法」等の関連法規への知識を有する場合は優遇。・エクセル、パワーポイント、その他のプロジェクト管理ツールを用いたプロジェクト計画・管理スキル。・国際的な環境における交渉能力およびコミュニケーション能力。・柔軟性と粘り強さを発揮し、自立的かつ能動的に仕事をする能力。・ネイティブレベルの日本語力とビジネスレベルの英語力（読み書き）。（会社に求められた場合）国内、および必要に応じて海外への出張への対応。 The above position requires physical presence in our Tokyo office. ・Bachelor's degree in e.g. engineering, chemical, construction and project management, or another related field: ・Solid expertise in the renewable and energy transition industry with minimum of 3-5 years' experience ⮚ in the hydrogen or ammonia supply chain industry, ⮚ or in green infrastructure development such as solar, wind and other non-conventional sources of energy ⮚ or thermal power, water, chemical, industrial gasses or oil & gas industries ・Familiarity with relevant regulation such as “電気事業法” and “高圧ガス保安法”, highly plus: ・Excellent project planning and management skills with MS Excel, PPT and other project management tools: ・Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills in a multicultural environment: ・Ability to work independently, demonstrating resilience and flexibility: ・Native proficiency in Japanese and business-level in English, both written and verbal: ・Willingness and ability to travel domestically and, if required, internationally.
