仕事内容 We are seeking a technically skilled engineer to join our team as a Technical Consultant for AVEVA Unified Engineering (UE).
This role focuses on the hands-on implementation, configuration, and integration of UE within complex plant engineering environments.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering data systems, software customization, and cross-discipline integration.

【Key responsibilities】
・Lead the technical implementation of AVEVA Unified Engineering solutions for EPCs and Owner Operators
・Configure and customize UE modules to align with customer-specific engineering workflows.
・Integrate UE with other AVEVA tools (e.g., P&ID, E3D, Engineering, Instrumentation) and third-party systems via Application Program Interfaces (APIs).
・Develop scripts and extensions using C#, .NET, or other relevant technologies.
・Collaborate with customer engineering teams to define data models, templates, and workflows.
・Create and maintain technical documentation including Requirement Definition Documents (RDDs), configuration guides, and training materials.
・Conduct technical workshops and training sessions for end users and administrators.
・Provide advanced troubleshooting and post-deployment support.
・Consult with global AVEVA development and support teams to resolve complex issues and contribute to product improvements.

日本での「AVEVA Unified Engineering（UE）」の導入プロジェクトを牽引するシニアコンサルタントを募集します。
日本拠点のGlobal Service Director直属の管理職・シニア候補として、組織の成長と技術的先進性を支えるコアメンバーとしての活躍を期待しています。

【主な業務内容】
・EPC（エンジニアリング・調達・建設）企業やオーナーオペレーター向けに、AVEVA Unified Engineering（UE）ソリューションの技術的な実装・導入をリードしていただきます。
・顧客独自のエンジニアリングワークフローに合わせたUEモジュールの設定・カスタマイズ
・C#、.NET、SQL、REST API等を用いたスクリプト開発およびシステム拡張
・AVEVAの他ツール（P&ID、E3D等）や、APIを介したサードパーティ製システムとの統合
・顧客のエンジニアリングチームと連携したデータモデル、テンプレート、ワークフローの定義
・要件定義書（RDD）、構成ガイド、トレーニング教材などの技術文書の作成・管理
・エンドユーザーや管理者向けのテクニカルワークショップ・研修の実施
・高度なトラブルシューティングおよび導入後のサポート
・グローバルの開発・サポートチームと連携した複雑な課題解決と製品改善への貢献

応募資格

【必須（MUST）】

・3+ years of experience with AVEVA Unified Engineering or similar integrated engineering platforms
・Proficiency in engineering data modeling and multi-discipline integration (process, piping, electrical, instrumentation)
・Hands-on experience with AVEVA Engineering, P&ID, E3D, or comparable tools
・Strong programming/scripting skills (e.g., C#, .NET, SQL, REST APIs)
・Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
・Effective communication skills in English (written and verbal)
・Experience working in cross-functional and international team.

・AVEVA UE または類似の統合エンジニアリングプラットフォームに関する実務経験
・エンジニアリングデータモデリングおよび複数分野（プロセス、配管、電気、計装）の統合に関する知見
・AVEVA Engineering、P&ID、E3D、または同等のツールの実務経験
・プログラミングおよびスクリプト作成スキル（C#、.NET、SQL、REST APIなど）
・英語による高いコミュニケーション能力（読み書き・会話、グローバルチームとの折衝で使用）
・クロスファンクショナルおよびインターナショナルなチームでの業務経験

【歓迎（WANT）】

・Familiarity with enterprise IT environments (Windows Server, databases, cloud platforms)

・エンタープライズIT環境（Windows Server、データベース、クラウドプラットフォーム）に関する知識・経験
