当社は日本発のグローバル製薬メーカーとして、日本を中心に米州・欧州・アジア・オセアニアに拠点を構え、先端・信頼の医薬で、「世界の人々の健康に貢献する」という経営理念の下、イノベーションを継続的に創出し、患者さんのニーズに応える革新的な医療ソリューションを届けていくという一貫した姿勢で歩んでおります。 変化する医療の最先端に立ち、科学の進歩を患者さんの価値に変えていくことで、ステークホルダーや社会からの期待に応え続けます。 【募集の背景 / Purpose & Scope】 • 医薬品開発に関連する先進的な分析技術、オートメーション技術、デジタル技術を探索・特定・評価・優先付けし、クロスファンクショナルチームと連携して、CMC機能全体への導入を支援する。 • 新技術の導入・適応・実装を通じて、研究開発環境におけるラボオートメーションおよびデジタルトランスフォーメーション（DX）施策の推進をリードする。 • チームリーダーやマネージャーの指導を適宜受けつつ、高い自律性をもって活動し、関係者と積極的に連携しながら成果創出を実現する。 • Scout, identify, assess, and prioritize advanced analytical, automation, and digital technologies relevant to pharmaceutical development, and support their integration across CMC functions in collaboration with cross-functional teams. • Drive the implementation of laboratory automation and digital transformation initiatives by introducing, adapting, and operationalizing new technologies in development environments. • Execute these activities with a high degree of independence, proactively engaging stakeholders and delivering impactful outcomes with guidance from team leaders and/or managers as needed. 【職務の内容 / Essential Job Responsibilities】 （雇入れ直後） ・CMC開発およびオペレーションの進化を実現するため、先進的な分析・自動化・デジタル技術の特定、評価、および導入推進を行う。 ・CMCラボにおけるラボオートメーションシステムの導入および継続的な最適化を主導する。 ・ラボ機器とデジタルプラットフォームを統合し、シームレスなデータフローを構築するとともに、CMCおよびGMP業務のエンドツーエンド自動化を実現する。 ・データ、アナリティクス、および自動化技術を活用し、DX戦略をCMC研究における実践的かつ価値創出型のアプリケーションへと展開する。 • Identify, evaluate, and drive implementation of advanced analytical, automation, and digital technologies to enable evolution of CMC development and operations. • Lead the deployment and continuous optimization of lab automation systems across CMC laboratories. • Integrate laboratory instruments and digital platforms to establish seamless data flows and enable end-to-end automation of CMC and GMP workflows. • Translate digital transformation (DX) strategies into practical, value-driven applications within CMC research by leveraging data, analytics, and automation technologies. （変更の範囲） 会社内での全ての業務 |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ＜必須 / Required＞• 新技術の導入に対する強い意欲と柔軟性 • 薬学、化学、生物学、工学、または関連分野における修士号、あるいは同等の実務経験 • 英語および日本語でのビジネスコミュニケーション能力 • 製薬企業またはバイオテクノロジー業界における分析業務および／またはCMC関連業務の実務経験（3年以上） • Strong motivation and openness toward implementing new technologies • Master’s degree or equivalent experience in pharmaceutical sciences, chemistry, biology, engineering, or a related field • Business communication skills in English and Japanese. • 3+ years of professional experience in analytical operations and/or CMC-related work within pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries 【歓迎（WANT）】 • チーム成果を統合し、洞察を効果的に伝える科学的プレゼンテーションおよび報告書の作成を主導することで、主要な貢献者として高い責任感を発揮できること。• 自身の専門領域を超えて、クロスファンクショナルチームに対して技術的な指導および支援を提供し、多様な分野における協働を促進できること。 • 概念実証（PoC）段階にとどまらず、取り組みをスケールアップし、組織内の標準業務として定着させた実績を有すること。 • GMPおよびQCに関する基礎知識または実務経験を有し、それらを活用して技術の実践的かつコンプライアンスに準拠した導入を推進できること。 • Demonstrates accountability as a key contributor by leading the preparation of scientific presentations and reports that synthesize team outputs and communicate insights effectively. • Contributes beyond own area of expertise by providing technical guidance and support to cross-functional teams, enabling collaboration across diverse domains. • Proven track record of driving initiatives beyond proof-of-concept, successfully scaling and embedding them into standard operational practices within the organization. • Working knowledge and/or experience in GMP and QC, and applies this understanding to ensure practical and compliant implementation of technologies. |
