【必須（MUST）】 【Required Skills and Experiences 】More than three years of hands－on experience in physical security or more than three years of experience in health ＆ safety, with involvement in physical security related work Experience in physical security management or statistical tracking of industrial accidents and incidents Strong commitment to developing the skills needed to achieve role expectations Interviewing, analytical, and problem‑solving skills Ability to coordinate and negotiate effectively with internal and external stakeholders Native－level Japanese and business－level English フィジカルセキュリティ分野における3年以上の実務経験 または Health ＆ Safety分野における3年以上の実務経験（フィジカルセキュリティ関連業務経験を含む） フィジカルセキュリティ管理、または労働災害・事故等に関する統計管理経験 職務上必要となるスキル習得に主体的に取り組める方 ヒアリング力、分析力、問題解決力 社内外ステークホルダーとの調整・交渉力 日本語：ネイティブレベル 英語：ビジネスレベル |
