＊ Is responsible for research and organization of preproduction and postproduction at the creative execution for each assigned project/event, in order to create best products and services along with the brand goals and objectives.
＊ Works closely with creative directors, coordinates pre－production planning and prepares for post－production of all print ad projects.
＊ Works closely with superior and the marketing team to manage and reconcile budget and timing in order to take initiative and deal cautiously with agents and vendors externally.
[Roles and responsibilities]
＊ Negotiates cost and timing with the artist's representatives and model agents for the best product within budget
＊ Coordinates pre－production planning and purchasing of art work （photography and illustration） and prepares for post－production for all Print projects with traffic staff
＊ Administrates all related contract paperwork, purchase order, invoices and so on under the templates and regulations in a timely fashion.
＊ Manages the intellectual property rights and works closely with legal department/experts
＊ Builds relationship at appropriate client/vendor level
＊ Keeps abreast of current trends and the latest technological advances
＊ Supports to elevate department's role in the whole advertising process
【歓迎（WANT）】＊ 7－10 years of experience as a creative producer in agency/brand environment （experience in consumer goods field preferred）.
＊ BA/BS in communications－related major or related work experience desired
＊ English proficiency （business level or above）
＊ Japanese proficiency （fluent level or equivalent）
＊ Portfolio that shows relevant marketing/advertising experience and creative acumen
＊ Proficient in the latest versions of Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint
＊ Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Mac OSX
＊ Sound business and professional ethics
