フィールドサービスエンジニア／半導体欠陥検査装置／キャリアアップを社内で形成!／英語使用がメイン・多国籍な組織です／欧州最大の半導体装置メーカーの日本法人／ 私たちはオランダに本社をおく欧州最大の半導体装置メーカーです。主に露光機などのリソグラフィーシステムを供給してますが、電子顕微鏡を使用した半導体欠陥検査システムの供給も行っています。 顧客半導体工場内クリーンルームにて稼働中の、弊社ASML社製半導体製造装置の保守メンテナンスサービス、突発トラブル対応、稼働状況のモニタリングによるトラブル予兆管理等のサービスを提供することで、お客様の生産活動を支えます。EUVによる微細化が進むナノオーダーの領域において、電子顕微鏡による高解像度イメージングと高精度なパターニング計測を通じて、チップデバイス上の欠陥を的確に検出し、歩留まり向上に貢献しています。 ■仕事内容 • 最先端の半導体製造現場にて使用されている半導体欠陥検査装置のフィールドエンジニアとして技術面で顧客をサポート。顧客は北海道、岩手、三重、広島、熊本などの半導体製造メーカー • 最先端装置の国内導入、トラブル対応を含む保守・メンテナンスサービスの提供、新規装置の立ち上げ支援、ならびに装置アップグレードの提供 • 技術的な原因解析、ソリューションの提供並びに実施、顧客への説明 • 顧客が求める装置性能の達成、目標達成のための継続的な改善活動 • 顧客および社内会議における資料作成並びにプレゼンテーション • 基本的に国内顧客への保守メンテナンスサービスですが、出張にて国内外の他顧客へ応援を行う場合もあり ■このポジションの特徴について • 一人ひとりが責任感、エンジニアとしてのプロフェショナルな意識をもって仕事に臨み、チームワークのあるメンバーです。 • 入社後多彩な技術研修、教育研修などでより深く技術領域を学び、エンジニアとして自立していくための環境が整っています。 • 電子顕微鏡による計測は真空チャンバー内で計測を行うため、EUV露光装置などにもつながる真空技術・ノウハウを得ることができます。 • 計25名程度の組織です。多国籍なメンバーが在籍、また20代～50代まで幅広く活躍しています。 • 半導体業界出身の中途入社者も多く活躍しております。 • 社内での公用語は英語、お客様とは日本語でやり取りします。 • 平日月曜～金曜日の週5日勤務、基本的に夜勤・シフト勤務などはありません。（トラブル発生時にイレギュラーに夜間帯・週末勤務が発生する場合があります。代休取得可能・残業手当あり） • 残業時間は10~30時間/月程度です。 【Introduction】 • We are a leading supplier of semiconductor equipment, providing a comprehensive portfolio of lithography, metrology and inspection systems for semiconductor manufacturers. Our lithography systems support a wide range of semiconductor nodes and technologies, while our inspection solutions—including advanced SEM systems—enable precise detection and analysis of defects at the nanoscale. • The Customer Support organization is responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our systems at customer sites through maintenance, repair and continuous improvement activities, as well as transferring knowledge and best practices to customers. • We are seeking Customer Support Engineers who will be based at customer sites across Japan including locations such as Hokkaido, Iwate, Mie, Hiroshima and Kumamoto to provide onsite technical support and service. 【Job Description】 • Provide technical support as a Field Service Engineer for advanced semiconductor wafer inspection systems used in cutting-edge semiconductor manufacturing fab. • Perform preventive maintenance, install equipment, implement upgrades with new features, and execute Field Change Orders to ensure optimal performance of equipment at customer sites. • Diagnose and repair unexpected equipment failures on-site to minimize downtime. Escalate complex issues to technical and global support teams, ensuring reliable backup and resolution. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to achieve and sustain the equipment performance required by customers and meet operational targets. • Prepare technical documentation and deliver presentations for both customer-facing and internal meetings. • In addition to supporting your assigned customer site, you may assist with new equipment installations or provide support to other customer sites through business travel. Travel frequency varies by assignment (15–30%). 【Position Highlights】 • Our team is composed of highly responsible professionals who take pride in their work as engineers, while fostering a strong sense of teamwork and collaboration. • We provide a well-structured environment for continuous learning, including a wide range of technical and professional training programs that support engineers in developing deep expertise and becoming fully independent. • As measurements using electron microscopy are conducted within vacuum chambers, engineers gain valuable knowledge and hands-on experience in vacuum technology expertise that is also applicable to advanced systems such as EUV lithography equipment. • The member of the team approximately 25 people with a diverse and multinational workforce with a wide range of experience levels from engineers in their 20s to 50s. • Many team members have joined mid-career from the semiconductor industry and are actively contributing to the organization's success. • English is the primary language used internally, while Japanese is used for communication with customers. • The standard work schedule is 5 days a week (Monday to Friday), with no regular night shifts or rotating shifts. However, occasional evening or weekend work may be required in response to unexpected issues. Compensatory leave and overtime pay are provided accordingly. • Average overtime is approximately 10–30 hours per month. 【Other information】 • In addition to supporting your assigned customer site, you may assist with new equipment installations or provide support to other customer sites through business travel. Travel frequency varies by assignment (15–30%). • Our customers operate multiple sites across Japan, requiring flexibility to travel and temporarily relocate to different locations to provide support and address resource gaps at each site. |
