Duties / Responsibilities:
－ Be responsible as part of the team for the delivery of the IHS（Integrated Health Services） Health and Safety programs in the country.
－ Provide services ensuring compliance with relevant Japan legislation in health ＆ safety.
－ Provide technical direction, advice and counsel in occupational health ＆ safety services including medical emergency response.
－ Responsible for making recommendations and presentations to management that incorporate evidence based standards for preventive health and medical practice.
－ Develop, implement and administer health, wellness and safety programs and services in compliance with corporate standards and government regulations.
－ Performs medical case management according to corporate policy.
－ Works on special projects and provides leadership in developing and implementing occupational health ＆ safety strategies.
－ Ensure contracted healthcare providers provide quality and effective services.
－ Assumes additional responsibilities as assigned.
【必須（MUST）】－ Requires a recognized university degree in Medicine and additional certification as an Occupational Physician in Japan.
－ Licensed or certified as required by Japan country laws.
－ Fluent in speaking and writing English and Japanese
－ Good computer skills
－ Requires medical/occupational health experience that includes medical case management.
－ Good knowledge on local Occupational Health ＆ Safety regulations/standards.
－ Articulate with good communication skills in both Japanese and English
－ Program Management, Communication, Leadership, Negotiation, Policy Interpretation, Interpersonal Relations, Risk Taking
【歓迎（WANT）】－ Specialization in Psychiatry highly desirable; but not mandatory.
