The Publisher Account Manager will be responsible for managing the relationship with a portfolio of digital publishers across multiple platforms.
The ideal candidate for this position will have experience with digital publishers, video ad platforms and / or ad networks, as well as a keen understanding of digital advertising and related technologies.
・Maintain, develop and grow existing publisher partner relationships
・Best in class Account Management
・Manage all day－to－day operations associated with publisher partners, including setting up programmatic deal IDs in the it Self Serve Platform
・Build solid customer relationships and serve as point person for customer inquiries
・Manage a patch of existing publishers and newly onboarded publishers
・Train clients on the it platform, encourage the adoption of new features and provide feedback internally on client needs
・Grow inventory and Fill Rates for publishers on a month on month basis
・Onboard new it products to be able to meet immediate demand needs
【必須（MUST）】・2－3 years of media sales experience, preferably with an Internet or media company, or other digital media property
・Understanding of digital video industry and business models （ad－supported in particular）
・Familiarity with digital technology platforms including broadband video, advertising platforms, consumer electronics, mobile and social networking
・Excellent communication （both written and verbal）, negotiation and presentation skills
・High proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
・BA / BS required
