1.Draft, review and negotiate with customer for direct sales contracts and channel sales contracts （product, service etc.）
2.Organize internal relevant departments to review sales contracts, acquire and judge relevant departments’ opinion, conduct contract comprehensive review and contract wording integration to ensure the integrality and consistency of contract.
3.Formulate and execute contractual policies and strategies to ensure successful implementation, cost effectiveness and risk avoidance and mitigation.
4.Understand internal channel policy and propose contract solution to respond customer’s request.
【必須（MUST）】Required Skills/Knowledge ＆ Experiences
1.With at least 5 years working experiences about Law （with bachelor degree or equivalent knowledge in law is better）
2.Familiar with international trade and channel sales;
3.Good communication, coordination and skills.
4.Good Learning and understanding abilities.
