Role Overview: The Delivery Head is responsible for leading the end－to－end delivery of multiple large－scale IT projects within a market unit （e.g. Finance industry）. This includes ensuring project quality, optimizing cost efficiency, maintaining client satisfaction, and proactively managing risks. The role also involves organizational leadership and operational oversight to strengthen delivery capabilities and support business growth. 1. Client－Focused Delivery Leadership Review and approve delivery plans during the proposal and planning stages to ensure alignment with client expectations and risk profile. Monitor the quality and progress of ongoing projects and support project managers to resolve delivery issues. Ensure high client satisfaction by proactively addressing concerns and acting as a senior escalation point when needed. Maintain long－term strategic relationships with key clients. 2. Organizational Leadership and Internal Collaboration Oversee risk management activities across all projects, ensuring early identification and mitigation of potential issues. Ensure delivery governance standards are followed, including regular reviews and compliance with project and quality management frameworks. Participate in key decision－making processes for high－value or complex projects. 3. Delivery Process and People Management Promote the use of modern delivery practices and tools, including automation, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance （e.g., GDPR）. Ensure consistency in delivery methods and project execution across all teams. Lead talent development, including mentoring, performance reviews, and succession planning for key delivery roles. |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 Over 10 years of project or program management experience, including leadership of IT projects with 50＋ team members.More than 5 years of experience in enterprise system development or implementation. Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to build trust with clients. Excellent communication and leadership skills across cross－functional and international teams. Strong problem－solving capabilities, especially in resolving delivery issues with internal teams or clients. Fluent in Japanese （JLPT N2 or higher） and proficient in English for business communication. Solid understanding of delivery operations, financial performance management （e.g., budget, margin）, and project risk controls. 【歓迎（WANT）】 Experience managing large－scale enterprise software projects involving:ERP platforms （e.g., SAP） CRM systems （e.g., Salesforce） Insurance or contract management software （e.g., Guidewire） Product Lifecycle Management tools （e.g., Siemens Teamcenter） Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and tools. Understanding of international quality standards （e.g., ISO 9001）. Prior work experience in a global IT services or consulting company. Experience managing globally distributed project teams （e.g., across Japan, India, and Europe）. |
