Key Responsibilities 1. Project Leadership ＆ Execution Lead end－to－end SAP project workstreams （implementation, upgrade, migration, or enhancement）. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria. Ensure SAP solutions align with business needs, IT strategy, and industry best practices. Manage project schedules, milestones, budgets, and resources to meet business objectives. 2. Stakeholder ＆ Team Management Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, SAP consultants, and IT teams. Conduct steering committee meetings, status updates, and project reviews. Manage vendor relationships and ensure smooth collaboration with SAP partners. 3. SAP Functional ＆ Technical Oversight Work closely with SAP functional and technical teams to ensure system configurations meet business needs. Address SAP module－specific challenges （e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Manufacturing, etc.）. Ensure SAP solutions integrate seamlessly with other enterprise applications （e.g., CRM, BI, Analytics）. 4. Risk ＆ Issue Management Identify potential risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies. Monitor project performance and resolve bottlenecks efficiently. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. 5. Change Management ＆ Training Develop and implement SAP user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer programs. Drive business process transformation and change management initiatives. Ensure smooth transition to SAP operations post－go－live. |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 Must have;Native level Japanese language or close to native level （JLPTN1）. Proven experience （5＋ years） as an SAP Project Manager, leading workstreams in SAP implementations or migrations. Strong knowledge of SAP ERP systems （e.g., S/4HANA, ECC, BW, SAC, FICO, MM, SD, PP, HR, etc.）. Expertise in project management methodologies （Agile, Waterfall, ASAP, or Activate）. Experience working with multi－vendor environments, system integrators, and offshore teams. Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills. Ability to handle SAP data migration, system integration, and cloud deployments. Understanding of business processes across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and HR. PMP, PRINCE2, or SAP Project Management certification is a plus. 【歓迎（WANT）】 Nice to have:Experience managing SAP S/4HANA migration or cloud－based SAP implementations. Prior experience in large－scale enterprise projects within finance, manufacturing, retail, or public sector. Strong understanding of SAP security, governance, and compliance requirements. |
