To implement, execute, sustain and improve JOEM customer quality support to meet customer
quality targets globally.
Ensure continuous improvement processes at manufacturing sites.
Manage team of quality Assurance Engineers to achieve operational target.
・Engage customer to develop Visteon Quality strategy linked with manufacturing strategy,ideal figure of Quality Operation System （QOS）.
・Develop long term Quality strategy to align with customer strategy
【必須（MUST）】At least 10 years’ experience working in individual operations with at least 5 years’
experience in quality or customer service management
・Electronics Engineering experience
・Quality road map process
・Problem resolution method – 8D
・Basic quality tool – FMEA/APQP
・Excellent command of English
