| 仕事内容 |
• Technical sales, i.e., acquisition and promotion of the product portfolio in Japan and neighboring areas. • Customer relationship management, further improve the customer as well as partner relationships in the area, especially with customer technical departments. • Create a transparency for the regional market regarding market development, customers, and competition. • To prioritize the right business opportunities for us in Japan. • Improve response time and customer satisfaction through close local support and local understanding of customer needs. • Create offers, attaching to the Bid Process and contract negotiations based on customer applications and specifications. • Manage sales activities in cooperation with Area Sales Managers, Bid Managers and any other stakeholders. • Work closely with project and product team to prepare proper technical solutions for the customer. • Involved in commercial negotiations with local partners/end-users. • Involve in trouble shooting as contact window to customers. • Customer Service sales activities and lead communication. |

| 応募資格 |
【必須(MUST)】 • Holds an engineering degree (preferably electrical/electronic engineering or similar).• Has profound experience in the sales front of technically challenging industrial goods. • Has proficiency in English (other foreign language knowledge, is a benefit). • Has profound experience in the sales/service front of technically challenging industrial goods (involving in Railway Industry is a benefit). • Customer-oriented and service-minded. • Good skills and technical knowledge about our products. • Soft skills, e.g. social intelligence, to be able to understand and support the customers and company employees. • Communicative and able to circulate information and present to all hierarchical levels. • Solution oriented and knows how to manage conflicts. • “Can do” attitude, willingness to go beyond defined job description. • A driven personality able to achieve goals through self-motivation. |
