Collectors Universe Japan GK which was established in 2018, provides PSA services to the Japanese market. As the only third-party grading service provider in Japan, PSA has emerged as the dominant leader in authentication and grading for trading cards in the region. We’re seeking a BMA Manager to lead our team at the Tokyo Ryutsu Center in Heiwajima. This role will be responsible for ensuring PSA Japan BMA is running in accordance with Japan Customs Act and relevant regulations/guidelines, working with other teams closely to execute BMA day to day operations, managing vendors that involves BMA operations, resolving internal and external issues, and partnering with business leaders to support growth of BMA business in Asia. You’ll report to the Director of PSA Japan Operations. What You’ll Do ・Liaise with Tokyo Customs regarding BMA requirements and control. ・Report issues to Tokyo Customs promptly and discuss action plans with them. ・Implement and maintain the BMA control process and work with managers in PSA Japan Operations, Workplace and Security closely for appropriate execution. ・Manage NACCS processes and NACCS enhancement in accordance with NACCS’s system enhancement schedule. ・Prepare and update the BMA ledger in a timely manner and submit a monthly BMA inventory report to Tokyo Customs. ・Liaise with DHL and BMA transportation truck vendor for handling incoming and outgoing products. ・Review and enhance SOPs related to BMA operations in line with BMA regulatory requirements and Company policies. ・Work with the Asia Marketing and Sales team to support their business plan with BMA. ・Interview, hire, train, and manage BMA teams, ensuring compliance with the local regulatory requirements and the Company policies and procedures. | 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ・Bilingual in Japanese and English (fluent/Business level).・5+ years of import/export operations and administration including NACCS operations. ・Familiar with Japan Customs Act, Order for Enforcement of the Customs Act, Customs Tariff Act and relevant regulations/guidelines issued by Tokyo Customs. ・Familiar with the concept and scheme of Bonded Warehouse or Bonded Manufacturing Area. ・Experience working with international couriers such DHL, FedEx, JAL, and ANA. ・Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience. ・3+ years in team management ・Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to understand and relay company policies/procedures. ・Influential leader with the ability to inspire/motivate, drive change, and build strong relationships across the organization. ・Dependable, personable team player with excellent collaboration skills. ・Strong team management and planning/organizational skills; adaptable and capable of developing/executing realistic action plans in a dynamic environment. ・Preferred certifications: Registered Customs Specialist. ・Preferred ability to use Google Docs, Google Sheets, Slack, etc. ・日本語と英語のバイリンガル（ネイティブ／ビジネスレベル）。 ・NACCS業務を含む輸出入業務および管理業務に5年以上携わった方。 ・関税法、関税法施行令、関税定率法、東京税関発行の関連規則・ガイドラインに精通している。 ・保税倉庫または保税蔵置場の概念とスキームに精通していること。 ・DHL、FedEx、JAL、ANAなどの国際クーリエ業者の業者経験 ・大卒または同等の実務経験。 ・チームマネジメント経験3年以上 ・口頭および書面でのコミュニケーションスキルが高く、会社の方針／手続きを理解し、伝えることができる。 ・部門を超えた連携を促進できるリーダーシップと影響力のある人物 ・影響力のあるリーダーで、やる気を起こさせ、変化を促し、組織全体と強い関係を築くことができる。 ・協調性に優れた、頼れるチームプレーヤー。 ・ダイナミックな環境において、現実的な行動計画を立案・実行できる適応力を有する。 ・望ましい資格：通関士 ・Googleドキュメント、Googleシート、Slackなどを使用できる方 【歓迎（WANT）】 ・Experience working with overseas customs offices in Asian countries such as China, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Malaysia.・中国、香港、シンガポール、マレーシアなどアジア各国での海外税関との業務経験。 |
